Let me start by saying order small. The serving sizes are very generous. A small order of fries is easily enough for two people. The burgers are also double patties so keep that in mind when ordering. My son ordered a milkshake today and he loved it! Very rich and filling as well.The service was good considering when we went they were very busy. The gentleman who took our order was very polite and made it fun for my son to order his own meal! If I had to knock one star down it would be for the music being a little too loud to enjoy our dinner conversation. Thats more of a personal preference so not a huge knock at all.Overall, if you are looking for a good burger in the Capital Region, look no further than 5 guys.

Damn growing up I worked at this place for years. There is no way the general manager should have served me that burger I saw hanging out on the corner of the grill when I pulled in 15 min ago. Quality drives success much greater than Cost savings. Fries were good as always maybe an extra shake would’ve helped delay the sog. Leave the bag open plz

Much like most things used to be great. Got a regular size fry that somehow was the size McDonald’s gives you with a kids meal. Burgers are still good but with prices creeping up you may as well go to a regular restaurant.

Clean establishment and helpful staff. I made an error during ordering and they were kind enough to just give the few missing items to be added to the order. The staff was on top of cleaning the public spaces and the atmosphere is perfect! Great place to stop on our way through NYDietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free with no issues!

We love five guys great place to go for the best burger
From the moment we walked in, until we walked out, the staff were great. Friendly and patient and very affable, all of them were amazing. The bacon cheeseburger, with any toppings you want for no additional charge, was so good. It had been years since I went to a 5 guys, and it was way better than I remember it. The Cajun Fries were also delicious. I also got a strawberry banana milkshake, which was very good. You can choose any flavor or combination of flavors for the same flat price. It took about 7 minutes for the order to be completed. I just can't say it enough, but the food was REALLY good. The friendly staff was just the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this Five Guys.

I usually give 5 Guys 5 stars bec I love love their burgers and cajun fries! But I decided to try their hot dog and I decided to try it bunless on lettuce wrap in a bowl. Needless to say I will not do that again... It wasn't bad, it just wasn't excellent like their burgers.
