I've been comimg to this location since they moved. Located at the corner of Gipp rd and Western Ave. In the former Stewart's building. Joe the owner is very friendly, always striking up a good conversation. Wines are very flavorful, especially the garlic parm. Whoa garlic! Very tasty though. And the pizza has never disappointed. We even had a big order full of different dinners. Everything came out great. The chicken parm was so huge I had enough for 2 days. The subs are giant. Also very filling, and I can usually eat 1 Inna sitting. Again, enough for a leftover.

If I could give it no stars I would. 15 year weekly customer. Tired of my order being wrong or late. Last straw was tonight I waited 2 hours to have the manager hang up when I called to inquire about order. New business down street here comes a loyal customer that just wants some courtesy.

Pizza was terrible, everything about it. It made me feel sick to my stomach. Flavor was awful. Worst pizza ever. Westmere Inferno.

Fresh pizza at lunchtime is the best! Great customer service & the owner is just a very genuine kind man. Definitely worth the try.

The pizza here has a wonderful taste to it, they have a great recipe! Salads are my favorite too simple, fresh and delicious! Their dinners are mouth watering and satiating. And you can beat the amazing, hardworking staff! Please try Infernos for lunch, dinner or catering they are fantastic!

I love this place! I just moved to Guilderland and I've already ordered from them a dozen times. I am a big fan of their wraps, super yummy. Extremely friendly and family run. It's now my families go to for pizza Friday.

Do not order the Inferno sub. For years, its been a special of theirs to get rid of old. Moldy meat and pass it off like customers won't notice. This happened to me twice. In theory, the sub sounds delicious. In practice, the management must be hard up on saving a few nickles at the cost of their reputation. Too many options in the region to give this place a pass.

Was deeply disappointed with my dinner order tonight. Placed order this evening about 4:30 pm. Was told it would be delivered in 35 minutes. After waiting patiently for an hour (5:30 pm) I called to verify where pizza and wing order was. Young girl who took original order was surprised we hadn’t received our dinner. Said delivery would arrive very shortly. 5:45 pm delivery here asked driver if he had gotten lost said he had many deliveries one to voorhesville, which is 30 minutes away from my area. Ask if food was cold he stated no. Of course, gave him a good tip found food to be very cold and uneatable. Called Inferno back at 5:47 pm told young girl about how disappointed I was of cold food that this was unacceptable. She stated she would have her manager call me back. It is now 8:45 pm and I have NOT received any call from her manager. What a waste of $36 including tip. Will never order there again customer service is awful.

I ordered lasagna with sausage and a ham and cheese sub with no lettuce and no tomato. The lasagna came like tomato soup with no meat inside, and the sausage tasted like hot dog meat. The ham and cheese sandwich had lettuce and way too much of it to cover up that they put no ham inside, and overall the meal made me sick. I wish there was a no star button.

I love this pizza. It’s really greasy and tastes like good wheat.

Great pizza. Good selection and good food. Employees are always friendly.

Ordered a veggie pizza and wings, the wings had a good flavor and I would order them again. Pizza had inconsistent cuts of onions and broccoli and far too many veggies. The middle was under baked and ended up sticking to the deli paper underneath. Training needs work.
