Ordered online, tipped online, picked up the worst order I've ever received. I ordered a #42 chipotle chicken cheese steak. It was supposed to come with onions, peppers, cheese and chipotle mayo. I guess I should consider myself lucky that they remembered the chicken and bread.

Don't eat hear unless you want to get sick. The man making my sandwich was texting with his gloves on between ingredients while making my sandwich. Absolutely filthy. I walked out but unfortunately all the door dash orders he was making will have whatever bacteria is on his phone. Avoid at all costs.

Drive the extra 5 miles to Glenmont to get what you want . Very few customers around @ the Albany location to confuse the staff, but somehow they confused my order and didn’t give me Mike’s way as I had asked. This is the 3 time this has happened. I recommend traveling the EXTRA 5 MILES to Glenmont Jersey Mikes to get exactly what you ordered.

I will not step foot in that shop again! I’m sorry but eating out is not cheap and I take issues with some things. The gentleman making the subs appeared to be high and I witnessed him make someone’s sub and cash them out while wearing his gloves. The gloves appeared to be on while and the register didn’t look to be the cleanest either, so I asked if he would please do a glove change. Now this request is not unheard heard of. And he looked at me like I was calling him names, he asked me what I said and when I asked him again he fought with me. I was flabbergasted… it’s like he never heard of such a thing. Then he said NO! And then the woman he was working with said she will make the subs… I’m sorry he doesn’t know my health issues or concerns and at 10$ a sub…. And it’s not like he’s paying for the gloves. And then as the woman preceded to make my subs he still kept it going, with his remarks and I even told him that he was touching the register and I didn’t want to get sick. In the past when I visited this location there was never a situation where I had to ask for a glove change… but this dudes gloves were turning yellowish which means then been on longer than they should be. But to bicker with me after when the other person was making them was beyond…. Then when we had enough of his bickering we left… there’s more options to eat in Albany I just thought that was easy and I have yet to be disappointed until now… As we were walking out he thought it was best to YELL at us with other people in the shop! This person should not be representing any company….

This used to be good but over the past 2 months it's become the worst. I've gone at night for dinner and if they don't feel like making something theyll say they're out of it. The guy who's always there is obnoxious and once tried to tell me they don't have bacon but then another employee grabbed it out of the back... so he complained about making it and then made a sandwich for himself with about a pound of bacon before finishing my sandwich and then said "we're out" and gave me a single slice. Tonight it was more of the same. Horrible attitude by the staff and even worse food at this location. Avoid at all costs.

the Jersey Mikes on Western Ave in Albany ny is by far outstanding. We had a very large order on Saturday. It was on time. Some of the orders were incorrect. I called and explained the situation. They redid the incorrect orders. They were very accommodating. I have to say they were very busy and short handed, and to say they were bombarded is an understatement. they made everything right. Love going to this location!. Visited the one that is 5 mins (altamont ave) from me and the customer service was nothing compared to the western ave (which is 15 mins from me).. western ave is friendly, nice and remembers their customers. They also ask if you would like chips or a drink with your meal. Again amazing service at western ?

I grew up in south Jersey and the hoagies are amazing. The quality of the meat, cheese, and bread where the standard. Jersey Mike's is the closest thing to that food experience. The beloved hoagie.

Also, I can say is I love this jersey Mike’s the stuff here are very friendly. Every time I go there they know exactly what I want because I always get the same serve a turkey instead of provolone. I switch it for Swiss cheese, and they’re very fast and polite.

What BS service for this 25 off 12 promo. I placed order at 5:01 it went through then restaurant cancelled. Tried to place another and now all out and the restaurant is "closed" on door dash. Seems like a fake gimmick. They probably took 1 order and then cancelled the rest.

Watching paint dry would have been a better experience than watching these employees make my sub. Stood in there for 35 minutes on my lunch break. One worker gave me the wrong type of bread, and when I asked her to change it, I got an eye roll. I will be telling people in my company not to come here on my lunch break because they won't get back to work on time. I am going to stop giving this place my money because this isn't the first place or first time this has happened.
