We frequent Jersey Mike's often and this is by far the best location around. The team is amazing. Quick. Efficient and very friendly & professional. Location is always very clean. Well stocked and over all a great place to have a sandwich.

The ambience is pretty standard. It's a sub shop so it's not great and wondrous. It's got seating and it looked semi-clean so for that it wasn't horrible. The garbage did need to be emptied because there was only one garbage in the whole entire restaurant. The food was very good. I enjoyed the sub. It was delicious, and that was one of the main reasons why you go here. The one problem I did have was the Service the person who is making my sub was very good. She was attentive. She asked what we wanted and she was good about it but it's a team effort, and the other parts of the team were not quite as, happy I should say and left you with a bad taste in your mouth with their attitude and the way that they presented themselves. It was almost like you were disturbing their day, even though there was no one in the store. That's why I dropped it down the way I did because I got very negative vibes from the staff overall except for the one that was making the subs. The one that cashed us out was very Kurt to us and didn't even barely talk to us so it was just a weird experience. I would recommend going there because their food is good but if management read this, I would definitely encourage their staff to be more positive with their customers because it means so much.

Picked up an order yesterday and I must say it was the best sub I've had from this store. Kudos to the man working the day shift on 1/23. The app points for this month are better than any other chain especially when none of the Subways honor coupons because they are independently operated. Well done & keep it up Jersey Mikes!

One of the worst jersey mikes I've ever experienced. Filthy stations and poor customer service. This wasn't even during a rush. There was me and one other customer. Five people in the back who could have been cleaning or helping. One guy making subs. Nobody seemed to be in charge.

Was out Crushin some work and stop by for a bite to eat between jobs. The place was clean and lots of parking, but the best part of this visit was the staff. The people working were friendly efficient and did a great job making my beautiful, fulfilling sub and as always I got the extra juice. Will be back. Great job!

Although the service was quick my number nine bowl was drowned in red wine vinegar. There was about two tablespoons of it on the bottom of my bowl.
Service was great, very clean inside, 2 entrances, fresh ingredients. The meat, veggies, cheese, and bread was good only thing is the “juice” is not that great. This was the first time I ate at any Jersey mikes.

I just went to jersey mikes for the first time with my two babies. I told them it was my first time there. they asked me if I wanted whole wheat or white bread and I said whole wheat and ordered a ham and provolone sandwich, they gave me white bread and forgot the cheese, when I went back in they just added cheese to a sandwich that was already bitten. I would have expected them to make me a new sandwich. also nobody helped me by opening the door (I had two babies and a trolley) thankfully the patents did. not sure i would go back nor recommend this place. sandwich was ok. not bad but not amazing.

This location has two entrances. The easiest is in the rear. It is difficult from Wolf Road. This store has great customer service. The establishment is very clean and tidy. My mobile order was ready for pickup promptly on-time. My own fault for returning to the worst Jersey Mike's in the capital region. I have only been to Wolf Rd. a handful of times and they've all been disappointing. Today I called and ordered a gluten free vegetable sub. When I opened it there was one slice of provolone and a half slice of American (subbed for Swiss). Is that really a sub? I don't think so! I said no onion and lo and behold there was onion! Absolutely unacceptable, but again, my fault for coming back when they've proven their incompetence in the past. Don't waste your time. Travel to Western Ave or Latham!
