Also got the chicken \\u0026 shrimp salad to go. They were very deliberate in the preparation and packing of the food so the heat from the chicken \\u0026 shrimp didn't wilt the salad. Hands down the best salad I've ever eaten outside of my home. The food, service and vibe are absolutely amazing here.“

“Primrose is the - and I do mean the, most secluded - tiny cafe in Albany. It is not even near the main attractions. Or on Lark Street. It is a one-bar affair with a few cushion seats and a coffee table in the middle of the room. The bar is standing room. It serves canapés, sandwiches, coffee, tea and I think salads (I'm a rugged man, I don't do salmon salad). As the other review says, it's small. But, I find it whimsical. Inside a major business skyrise, it is on the ground floor. There were magazines (new) to read and comfy seats. In my opinion, this is a great date spot. “Staff were nice and accommodating for my dietary restrictions and there are plenty of flavors. I got cookie dough flavor and it tastes like drinking a cookie but still low in calories/dense in nutrition. Prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of other items such as energy teas.“
