The staff on March 2 int he afternoon were great. They energetic, interactive and polite. They were not bothered by my numerous visits to the counter for things I fortnite, salt/pepper and forjs. One gentleman was heading outside, before he went outside he came to each table and asked how everything was, did we have everything we need. Told us if we needed anything, questions just ask. We could tell they like their job and liked working together. I hope this tram never loses their work ethic They so obviously haveThank you!!!!

Came yesterday to get some chicken… The chicken was undercooked! The skin was soggy. The meat was pinkish and very hard to chew ! This literally has to be the worst KFC in the Albany area.

This kfc has been absolute trash for at least 10 years now. Ordered online, marked as ready , drove to store. "OH sorry we have no chicken for your order".

While everyone was nice, the wait time at dinner time was long. Then after waiting I had to get a mix of chicken instead if just original because they ran out again. The extra crispy was old chicken not even warm. Disappointed.

Unfortunately, staff got my order wrong even though I was the only guest at the counter, and there were few cars coning through the drive-thru. I could have understood missing details if they were rushed but things were slow. Furthermore, the food was not super hot when handed over. Just really unfortunate.Vegetarian options: The options are extremely limited. Would not recommend for vegetarians. Really only makes sense if you are eating with someone who is only interested in meat, and is willing to get a combo so you can eat all the sides. ?
Sam was the most amazing manager ever. He made my chicken fresh and always had a smile and even when I asked where's the napkins he said right there. Best KFC Manager I ever met. We'll be back

Used mobile app to order so I could get it quickly. Was told in drive thru you have to come in for mobile orders. Chicken was awful order original recipe got " I'm not sure " but it wasn't original recipe for sure. No ice in soda machine employees were less than helpful. They were busy packaging shirts for Christmas presents or something. Worse experience thus far at a KFC.

Every time I've gone here I've been given the wrong order. They always give me at least 3 to 4 incorrect items.

There needs to be a zero star option. Ordered online. Was given a 11 pickup time (they are supposed to open at 10:30). Store was locked up (no one inside) at 11, and was still closed at noon. To add insult to injury, the drive thru window had a programmed message saying "someone will be right with you". There was a line of cars despite no one working inside. What an absolute joke this location is.
