The food is great but the store was a little dirty. Tables had lots of food on them. Staff a little dismissive but the food was worth it; so good!

Worse Moe's around, walked in and no one said "Welcome To Moes" like the tradition. Stated what I was there for and noone acknowledged. Another pair of customers walked in, same thing no one said a word. After 10 minutes the pair walked out, this female with orange hair that works there asked the guy if he said he will be with them in a minute (which she knew he didn't because she was cleaning tables within earshot) but what struck me as the most unprofessional response, he said "I'm glad they left" Worse place ever and will never come here again. Get new staff please, smh

It was Tuesday, there was large poster on a glass wall that kids eat free on Tuesday with an adult meal purchase. We were bluntly told, that there is no specials today, and they have free kids taco meal last year. Food was an average quality.

Felt terrible for the girl who was working with two Male coworkers who did practically nothing the entire time my coworker and I were there. She was doing the work of three people. Would have given one star had she not been there making sure that the customers were served

The Colonie center location in Albany NY, the service was mediocre at best. I was the only white person in there and I definitely didn't feel welcome. The food was ok, I ordered a quesadilla and it turned out very soggy. The worst part is that I ended up getting very sick, puking and vomiting the next day, and missed work. That was the only thing I are that day besides the cereal I had for breakfast. I'll NEVER go to another Moes agai
The moe's here used to be good but not anymore. My most recent visit here involved the rude guy putting our bowls together and also the dumber than a box of rocks cashier. The dude making the bowls seemed to have nothing but attitude the whole time and even when I was still making my bowl the cashier was yelling from the other side "I can take you down here". Mind you there was not a single other soul in line so I was just trying to get rushed. When I paid in a hurry I forgot about the buy one get one deal. I mentioned it to the cashier and he simply said. "You're supposed to tell me before I cash you out" and made no effort to rectify the problem. He hardly had any idea what I was talking about but after having to explain it something finally clicked. The staff is beyond incompetent and I will no longer be going here.

I used to love Moe's. Today, however, will be the last time I eat at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken salad. They gave me MAYBE a pinch of shredded cheese when asked for more the kid behind the counter gave me a disgusted look. Asked for dressing "on the side", apparently that meant not at all.

Walked in, walked out! The place was filthy! The ingredient counter was dirty and barely full of some unidentifiable things. Old, soggy, crusty, dried out fillers and toppers in dirty tubs with ingredients from one spilled into another. Drive a mile and go to Chipotle down the road! We did!
