i ordered sushi - the philadelphia. I found the service to be quite rude. My sushi was not fresh, cold or put together in the appropriate manner, I work about 5 doors from the restaurant and will never go there again. My whole experience was pretty disgusting. My only consolation is that my order was small and and not really expensive. I would rather take the bus from my job and go to Choices Cafe in Albany Med and then take an Uber/Lyft home. If I could rate this restaurant as a minus, I would.

Waited 20 minutes for a sushi bowl and it was wrong. Would have brought it back but had no time left on lunch break. Quite disappointing all around.

I have tried so many different kinds of sushi from sooo many different places but never had it be so fresh and DELICIOUS than here. If you’re a sushi lover 10/10 recommend this place and also give their sushi burritos a try while you’re at it. This place is crazy affordable and delicious ?

Don't bother ordering ahead of time. They make you wait in the same line at pick up.

I liked their shrimp bowl. It's enough to fill you up. Would love to go and try the rest of their menu.

Fast Service but horrible attitude. Expensive pricing. Not going back. Do yourself a favor and go to The Poke bar in latham. Much better people there

This place is fantastic! I'm used to eating pokebowls a lot in NYC, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this place is great! Cheap, big portions, and the avocado is free if you include it as one of your toppings! A bit tricky to find, but it's right across the James T. Foley Courthouse. There's seating inside for casual diners and there are tons of specials. Had the absolute carribean fruit tea and it was delicious. Generous portions of toppings too!

The sushi burrito I ordered was delicious and packed with fresh ingredients, but definitely wasn't fond of how one must place an order here. Have to fill out a paper and hand it to the owner or order online and wait to get a to-go bag. Waited too long for my the entire process + to get my order. Would have liked to sit inside and enjoy my burrito.

I came here craving poke bowls and so I came here because it was the closest one near me so I went there. I ordered a bowl and was pleasantly surprised that the food looked nice but little did I know was that there was a little critter that was already dead in my food which was very disturbing that I had to throw out my food.

Good Food and Portion! Minimal seating.

I like OkiPoki; don't recall ever having a bad experience here or with the food. I've always ordered sushi burritos (sometimes with fishies in, I confess, as was the case today) and I've always enjoyed them. Today, though, I made a note to myself that, as fond as I am of nori, it tends to be tough to bite through, which means it's maybe not the best material for a burrito wrapper unless you don't mind your burrito exploding all over the place and needing to be finished off with chopsticks or other utensils. Okipoki's sushi burritos tend to explode at some point no matter what they're wrapped in, but I'm pretty sure nori exacerbates the explosion. The "decor" here is nothing to write home about - it's pretty spare and maybe not the cleanest in the world either - but it suffices. I think today was my first time ever eating in here; they have a bar along the window to eat at which is nice. There is seldom a teeming staff here and today there appeared to be exactly one guy doing everything, and once I had placed my order and received my food, he too disappeared so that I essentially had the place to myself. Contrary to the experiences of some people though, my burrito was made exactly right (I think it always has been in the past too) and it was very good. I got the house sauce, which is sort of like duck sauce but with a little spice to it. Not sure what else to say at the moment and yelp thinks the review is looking pretty epic as it is, so I'll stop here.

It has been changed since last time I went. Seems like they were exhausted. Like working zombi. We get poke every time. Poke was good. I will not get anything else tho.

I was a pretty faithful and frequent customer over the last several years since Oki opened, giving them my business over other Poke places and introducing many other new customers to them... but unfortunately I can no longer recommend. They never had ambiance-more of a grab and go place-but now it's even worse... they do not maintain their correct business hours online, sometimes they do not even turn their lights on. The food is less than fresh, service exceptionally rude, and I have had my food come out incorrectly despite their utilization of a checkbox ordering system. I am never thanked for my patronage or treated pleasantly there. I tried to find and contact the owner before writing this review to speak with them (perhaps they don't know how dismally the employees are performing) but could not get in touch. Sorry! The go to is now Lark St. Poke Bar.

First time getting this sort of dish, and it was recommended by some locals. The menu was colourful and had all the ingredients for dishes listed with fair prices to boot for what you get. They also have a make your own bowl or sushi burrito option, which I will have to try next time I'm in the area. The wait was not long for being the 5th order in que, and it was probably the healiest lunch I had that week ?

The food is really good and priced well. The guy there isn't super friendly but hey this is New York. I'm not friendly either ?
