Manager made the visit positive by taking my input gracefully... staffing was low (due to the job market?), and the order kiosk is horrible (made worse by menu changes and misleading food pictures), but these are corporate issues... the staff on the ground is keeping the company alive and I think needs corporate support!

I placed an order for Toasted Steak & White Cheddar and was disappointed of the amount of steak they put in the bun. One half of the bun had no steak and the other half had one layer of steak only. Is a robbery for for $18. Check your orders.

3/1/24 Tables were still dirty even though the place was empty at 10 am. Bathrooms have a lock code to get in, but the stalls themselves don't lock, and they were out of toilet paper. Then, we went through the long process of ordering through the app only to discover they were out of several ingredients needed to make different sandwiches. ? Wasted time here. Left and went to another place.

First time at this location and also the last. Ordered French onion soup for takeout. It was pretty nasty, full of mushy onions and not fresh tasting at all. Biggest disappointment was getting home & seeing no melted cheese on the soup! Have you ever ordered French onion soup out and gotten it with no cheese?? There were 2 different sized pieces of bread tossed loose in the bag. Panera is quite pricy for mediocre food, will not return to one.

Just had my first Panera chicken caesar salad. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh fresh crush. The lettuce was nice. The caesar dressing was excellent And not over done. I will be back!
