Love this cute bagel shop! Every time I have come, the bagels have been fresh and delicious. I’m a cream cheese gal (who isn’t, though) and theirs is REALLY good with several flavor options. Everyone who works there is friendly and greets you with a smile. Today I ordered a latte and the girl working the counter suggested I try their buttered popcorn flavor if I am feeling adventurous, so I did. So good! I greatly appreciated the suggestion since she could tell I was having a hard time deciding, haha. All in all, definitely recommend this spot.

I go here an embarrassing amount. My love language is Pearl’s Bagels.I just wish the lobby/ front part was bigger. I often times have to wait outside in line which is fine when it’s warm, but I’m allergic to the cold :(

Food all sounds amazing and the shop looks cute. There is no seating inside or outside for this location and it's a very small plaza with limited parking. Service was fast, however there really isn't a lot of space in the shop for wheelchair accessibility when it is busy.

Wow. I am thrilled this place is here. The coffee is delicious. The muffin I had was extraordinary. I cannot wait to try the bagels. A nice woman in line said the thin crusted bagels are her favorite - yes, the line was out the door at 8 am on a Saturday. It wasn't a long wait, but it goes to show how popular this place is.

There was a line, no seating at all and I found the bagels to be flat and hard at 11:30 on Sunday. Uncommon Grounds would have been a better choice. We also got the "frest from the oven" Challah Rolls, which didn't seem as moist as I expected.11:30 on Sunday with a line I expected better.

The fact that Pearl’s has only 4.6 stars is ludicrous! This is a 5 star bakery with 5 star service. Who cares about a long line on weekends? Shouldn't that speak to how delicious it is? Name another Albany business with that kind of line. Worth the wait; wear a jacket. We love seeing an Albany local thrive! Hope she gets a bigger shop someday with some space to dine in! But until then we’ll continue to stand in the cold and support the shop indefinitely. Try the rugelachs (roo-gah-la ?)
