I just walked in here and nobody greeted me or even acknowledged me. I said hello to a waiter and she ignored me. Oh well the salad bar looked dirty anyway.

I like ruby Tuesday but this location. Is always out of stock on menu items. And the salad bar is always looks run down. But when you get your food it's cooked well. I believe its because the lack of hiring good help. Not Management fault. Its the area where the mall is.

The Price's are very reasonable and the service is superb. The food is excellent also. The interior deco it relaxing and the back sound music is relaxing also. You can bring children there and also handicap people there to. The restroom are excellent clean .

This place is hit and miss for me depending on when you go, the waiter/waitress you get and the food you order. Today service was slow even though our server was pleasant our food took along time to come out(about 30 minutes). Our order was a Turkey burger, bacon cheeseburger, broccoli and cheese soup and chocolate lava cake for my daughter. The cheeseburger taste wise was ok, but the bun was soggy on the bottom and the soup was disgusting..My daughter thought she saw something in her lava cake but to be fair I didn't see anything and I looked very hard. They offered to replace the cake with another dessert for free. My daughter chose cheesecake and it took around 15 additional minutes for it to come out. The salad bar was delicious and fresh.

Mark was our server and he was great. Food was good. I had a salad and it was fresh and crispy. Croutons were weird but still tasty. Kid's food was perfect. Met every expectation I had.

Great salad bar, good food reasonably priced and good service. We bring our grandchildren there for dinner often. Its a shame they are cloding a lot of them in our area.

We had a few hours to wait for my phone to be fixed at Apple store and wanted to get lunch without leaving the mall so we thought this would be good. It was about 1-30 and there were only about a few people eating, which should have given me a clue... Our waiter was nice to tell us that if you got the lunch special for $7.99 it would only be $3.99 extra for salad bar , which was what it would be by itself... salad bar was good with many choices but when we got our burgers mine was overdone so he took it back.. my husband finished eating and my burger came back too rare to eat.. packed it to give to my dogs and left! Will not be eating at Ruby Tuesday again, too many other qualitiy restaurants to choose from!

Disappointed; grilled chicken sandwich wasn't even as good as a fast food sandwich at twice the price. Prices have gone up, salad bar has an extra charge even when it replaces a side. There is a nice diner just up western ave, drive the extra two minutes and skip dissapointment.

This is a pretty good Ruby Tuesday if you keep your expectations in check. The Ruby Tuesday's in Latham closed so I now have to come to this location if I want to eat their salad bar. This salad bar was well stocked and properly maintained. Looks clean and fresh. I got the lunch special Spicy chicken sandwich, with a side of fries and added the unlimited salad. I actually requested the tater tots for sides but the food runner brought out the plate with fries on it instead. No big deal. Would prefer that they got it right but the fries were good. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good, juicy breast of chicken with a spicy breading crust. Slightly too oily but it tasted great. Brioche bun was fine so were the couple slices of pickles on it. Salad bar is great as usual. Waitress was pleasant and efficient. Would stop in if I am in the mood for salad bar and in the area.
I ordered the Ruby relaxer and a chicken sandwich with fries. The food was delicious and the drink was nice and strong. Definitely can't wait to go back.

Came at lunch promptly seated. The waitress Liz was punctual and attentive. Often stopped to see we needed anything. The food was great. Love the salad bar.
