This place has become ghetto bucks. Everything behind the counter is a huge mess and trash. The seats are gross, they don’t look like they have been cleaned since they opened.

The baristas let the homeless sit in this Starbucks. There is a homeless man who is very mentally ill who gets free coffee whenever he goes inside. This is a major safety issue for other customers as well as staff. i don't get why this is allowed!???. He is very disturbing to customers and i leave shortly after i see him come in. You can't get any work done with him being inside the Starbucks. The employees are very rude, unprofessional, and mocking customers when they leave. One barista was bragging to another that she liked making fun of customers. The music in part of the store is very loud and when i asked one of the baristas to turn it down she gave me a big attitude and sighed heavily. Also, i am a regular at this location and i see the baristas happily greeting other customers but i get ignored whenever i walk in. Please managers you need to teach your barista's customer service skills and they should be getting higher pay as well for all of the stuff that they put up with. Also, most of the time b/c their so short-staffed you can't order ahead early in the morning on their app. This location is usually pretty clean but the service is a hit or miss depending on what time of day you go and the staff.

This location would have gotten five stars if it was clean, because the drinks were phenomenal. I soon as I walked in to pick up my order, the whole place was a hot mess. The floor was dirty and full or trash, the tables had trash on them, the food/drink prep areas were full of empty bottles/used cups, there was milk sitting out, there was spilled drinks everywhere in the prep area, they had unclean bottles and blenders out, and the garbages were pulled from the cans just sitting out on the floor. So gross to walk in and see. Especially when you were just in a hospital all day visiting a sick family member!

So I paid > 6 dollars for a shaken espresso drink… note the quantity of ice here. Absolutely asinine. The worker was like “is there a problem with your drink?”Yes. It’s 80% ice!!!

Nothing bad. It is Starbucks. Had their baked /microwaved breakfast sandwiches which are okay. Coffee is normal Starbucks...you love it, hate or don't care. Will go again for coffee and breakfast but only because of the convenient location.

I was given the wrong item this morning. I ordered a sandwich that cost 5.75 (double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich) and was given a different sandwich that cost 4.75 (turkey bacon, cheddar and egg white sandwich). The package had my name and the correct description matching the order I placed but the item inside was wrong. The bacon was very different, not at all crispy, more like just a piece of ham; couldn't even tell there was any cheese on it, and I suspect not nearly as filling/satisfying. Of course I didn't see this until I was in the hospital room with my wife when I went to eat it. I am unfortunately disappointed with having gotten the wrong item.

On multiple occasions I’ve waited over 35 minutes for a coffee with milk that I preordered 10 mins before arriving. This place is terribly managed. If you can get your caffeine fix elsewhere you should. Unless you have an hour or two to wait.
They are understaffed for the amount of business they get. I waited half an hour for a basic coffee with cream. Nothing fancy.

As a guest of the hotel who does not use the Starbucks app - you can wait for 10 min+ to get a regular cup of coffee.The team of 3 in the AM is totally focused on filling orders from the app. Walk ins wait and wait and wait.The person working the register and taking orders is consumed with reheating the breakfast sandwiches. So we wait...Add someone ordering a mind numbing extra lite latte with something and an extra cup of ice and you will be ignored even longer...No tip when I'm waiting patiently and am ignored ...2 stars because everyone appeared busy - but why have everyone filling app orders first????

This is a busy Starbucks from both the hotel and Albany medical center. It’s great for people watching but can be slow due to crowd. They also struggle to keep up with table cleaning.

They’re hours dont reflect what time they actually open. Showed up at 9am for them to tell me they actually dont open until 10am. Wasted money paying for parking for nothing.

Ordered a large chai latte with soy milk and seasonal syrups ( the order drink is too long to type) and egg bites. What I received was a small original chai with whole milk when I’m lactose intolerant. Also never received any food that I ordered. Probably won’t eat order from here again :(
