I rarely go to starbucks because dunkin is cheaper, you get more for your money. My fiance and i decided to splurge and get drinks and 2 sausage bacon and egg wraps. The frappuccino i got had tons of whipped cream in the bottom and top so i got virtually no drink. The wraps were comprised of egg and potato with a single half piece of bacon and 1 small nickel sized bite of sausage at the bottom of the wrap(this was the case for both wraps). My fiances grande pink drink was absolutely full of ice with probably a 1/2 cup of actual drink. So disappointing.. we are charged so much for these items but we really dont get what we pay for.

It's a Starbucks. Decent coffee, and bacon Gouda sandwiches that aren't quite warmed up enough. The drive through line gets backed up during morning rush & lunch time.

Today, I visited my lovely place, Starbucks. One of the staff members took my order through the drive-thru. He was a really nice person. I not only received my coffee but also a smile on my face. I really forgot about my problems. I truly appreciate his gentless, politeness, and for making my day brighter.

Horrible customer service. I don’t mind waiting and understand I will have to wait when it’s busy. I even understand when you lose my drink ticket or make my drink wrong. BUT when I ask you about it, you realize it’s been sitting there made for 15 MINUTES (not an exaggeration) and a bunch of ice has already melted in it and you just hand it to me without as much as an apology, never mind an offer to remake it, now I’m mad. Never going back. Do better.

Ordered ahead and the drinks were done super quick! The store layout is also great, a lot of room for studying or working.
I just watched the kind barista hook up a middle school kid who was there with his friends. He didn’t have quite enough money for the cheapest thing on the menu. She didn’t skip a beat, and quietly just let him pay what he could. The barista was kind and gracious. I saw your good deed. :)

If i could give this place a lower than 1 star i would. I got their breakfast burrito and it was all potato and egg with 1 tiny piece of sausage, 1 tiny piece of bacon, and barely any cheese. They promote it like its supposed to be 28g of protein but its clearly not.I spoke to the supervisor and instead of offering me something else, she just agreed with me that their burritos are bad and did not offer me anything. WHAT?! $8 down the drain.
