This Starbucks location is very clean and has a very nice interior. The tables and chairs were perfect for catching up on some work while enjoying some coffee. I ordered my drink on the app when I arrived, and it did take them about 20mins to prepare my drink. It’s a busy location, so they seemed to have very long wait times. I also didn’t like how cold the lobby was getting every time someone walked in or out. It’s winter in upstate ny, but there was no heating system fixing that issue.

Busy Monday morning but they were quick and friendly!
Whoever the driver thru lady who opens at 6am on a Sunday is awesome. She's really friendly, polite, and full of energy. She's next level energy that made my morning so much better even though the food and coffee were so so.

While this was an order I placed ahead of time and collected via the drive thru window, the barista at the window was magnificent! She was so nice when I added a venti iced water to my order and greeted me at the window with that first! She was seriously one of the nicest baristas I’ve ever encountered and my biggest regret was not catching her name. I literally said to my husband as we pulled off “I wonder if this is an off day, or if they’re always this nice” because WOW! A+, 5 stars the whole shebang. Oh and the drinks and food items were perfectly done.

It's quiet and the staff at this location are greatParking: It's a busy location and the lot is fairly tight. I usually don't have trouble finding a spot, but when I do there's plenty of parking next door by Galleria 7
