I have had a horrible experience with SUBWAY... I came in to get a foot long and the display with the vegetables was covered with an Image film and you really can't see the fresh toppings for your sandwich, the last time I was there, I asked for cucumbers on my sandwich and the girl dug in the bottom of the container to get it and yet I could see the cucumbers come out I saw what she put on my sandwich. I sat down to eat my food and it had a sour, rotten taste that destroyed the rest of the sandwich, I have told my friends that as much as I loved Subway, I will never, ever go back. My heart was broken because Subway was one of my favorite restaurants because I thought they were 10 times better then DiBellas, Jersey Mikes, Lyle's Hoagies and Jimmie Johns but now, NO THANKS, I will have to find someplace to get a great sub. :-( SO SAD

I ordered from DoorDash. But whoever made my sub made it absolutely delicious! I got a spicy Italian w lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, mayo, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper! My sandwich wasn’t soggy, my whole order was correct and I wasn’t missing any items. I even called to tell them how good it was!

Line moves along quickly. Ingredients were very fresh. Workers were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Place was clean and odor free. Will definitely come to this establishment again!!

I had the worst experience here being pregnant in the pouring down rain. The cashier Jenna made me go back and forth to my Uber ride for 6 cents when there was 6 cents on the counter I asked her if I could just use the 6 cents on the counter she told me no very rudely and that her and her coworker didn’t have cars and I was doing better than them. They both weren’t being considerate to the fact that I was overly pregnant wobbling back and forth , this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She said if I would’ve asked nicely then she would be given me the 6cents. But instead continued to give me an attitude and proceeded to make me walk back and forth and she threatened to Call the police if I didn’t give her the 6cents which made me feel against because she’s white and I’m black. I eventually went and got a card from a friend to pay for my food. I will be calling corporate and speaking to the branch manager about this situation. I should’ve never been treated this way mainly because it was pouring down raining and me being 7 months pregnant. Usually I get accommodations or spoken to in a nice manner due to my conditions and all that I’m going through with my body and the pain I have from walking. But Jenna didn’t care. Please note to ensure this matter has been resolved i will be following up with corporate and if no responses have been received I will be making a TikTok.

Saw there was bags of what I can assume was ice on the meat and cheese side of the line when an employee was grabbing more salami. There's no way the food is cool enough to be considered okay by the health depart. Hope whoever owns the dump fixes that soon as it's flat out inhumane to be even doing such a thing. Not to mention the amount of bugs that fly around the food.
