Sandwiches and customer service is great but very unsanitary. No one changed their gloves after making each sandwich. Cashed out and still didn’t change/removed gloves. The same gloves they handled money with is the same gloves they made a sandwich with.

I'm in hospital (Albany Medical Center, so this message is to inform the readers that this "rating" service has no semblance of accuracy. I have two stars simply because I use them and enjoy their food but TIMES ...but havn't visited recentlyOnce again...this a HIGHLY INACCURATE Survey.

Service was always poor but would grab it once it a while for something different. Last time I went they got both subs I ordered through the app wrong. They than refused my coupon Subway had sent out for April.Your better off eating at the AMC cafe. Same price but much better quality food and options.

The people in this subway are so wonderful. Always cheerful, pleasant, caring, easy to work with. Even at the height of rush hour they are quick to help with any issues. And the food is good, good quality, fast service.

Let me start by stating that this Subway Restaurant is conveniently located inside Albany Medical Center. It also features a full menu, which is not always the case. Unfortunately, that's where the pros end. This place is very slow. Staff members are rude and make comments to each other under their breath. (We can still hear you) Portion sizes are beyond skimpy. Flavor is not bad, but you are eating about 70% bread. Would only recommend going to them if you are staying at the hospital and have no other option.

Lady was very impatient, I understand my little niece didn't know what to get but customer service is everything. Don't show impatient or attitude because someone is indecisive especially a child!!! She was so impatient that I couldn't order a foot long for myself!!!

I have to say, prior to this subway opening up I hadn't been to a Subway in years. This Subway is extremely convenient if you work at AMC. The staff are friendly and every time I've been there the line seems to more along quickly even in the face of a long line at lunch. The cookies are particularly dangerous. Peanut butter is my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of them.

This subway just recently open in Albany Medical Center in October 2016, near the Choices' Cafe across from the Dunkin Donuts. The subs are the same like all other subways, however, my biggest complain is the management. They have one person who takes order, one person doing bread and meat preparation, then another person putting the rest of the vegetables and dressing to finish up your sandwich, at the end, the sandwich goes back to the initial person who takes your order in the beginning. They can pretty much only make one sandwich at a time so there is always a long line waiting. By any chance you pass by getting lunch during hospital lunch hour and see that the line is short, definitely hop on to it if you want a sub.
