IRB in Albany is ridiculous, mistakes after mistakes and slow processing/ service is an understatement! It’s worse now than ever after implementing OSCAR, NY did this to eliminate positions but still they increase taxes and processing fees! NYS is a joke played on everyone that lives in it!

TURN THE HEAT DOWN!!!!!! If people are cold they can throw a sweater on. My coworkers and I are HOT every day! We cant take more layers off ! One coworker wears shorts during the winter.... I see why now! Turn the heat down !!!!!!!!! Swan street building 4th floor !!!!!!!!
