I'm not sure I can even form the words on how delicious the cup cakes and cookies were that I got yesterday from Sweet Elevation! My mouth is still watering just thinking about them! I'm so glad this spot opened in Latham, so close by, it's such a cute bakery and the staff was so nice. I can't wait to go back and see what else I can sink my teeth into! Highly recommended - I've heard they take special orders for events, too, so I'll be ordering for my next asap!

Went there to taste cakepops, cupcakes, and macaroons. Food was good, a little sweet. But, the lady who served us our order, didnt use gloves and touched the macaroons and the cakes with her barehands! She was working as a cashier too! Ugh! Shes Needs education with proper etiquette! Was about to order for our party, but after what we saw, we are in doubt of how clean the cakes and desserts are being prepared. This happened on March 15.

I ordered a custom cake for my grandsons party Saturday - a simple #4 minecraft themed. I ordered about a week and a half before Saturday. I supplied pictures of the cake I was looking for with a few minor tweaks, which they told me they could definitely do! I paid $120 for said cake! It was not worth the $120. The cake was very dry, the TNT blocks I asked to be 3d were flat edible pictures on fondant flat on the cake as was the sword that I asked to be 3D. I also asked for pudding in the middle and instead it was more icing. Very disappointing considering it really wasn't that difficult of a cake! When you spend that kind of money, your expectations for taste as well as appearance are pretty high!

We were visiting NY from out of town and ordered a birthday cake to be picked up by us upon our arrival, the day before Thanksgiving. When I shared with the owner that our flight was going to be very late, she went way above and beyond to make special arrangements for us to get the cake on time! Not only was she awesome to work with, the cake was delicious and beautifully decorated! I would definitely use Sweet Elevation Bakery again!
