i regularly come to this location and it seems that every time i order no matter the time of day this location always has an issue with my order. from things being added that i did not wish to be added, to things missing entirely. it is sad to say that i will not be coming back this this location. i hope general managers see this so they can fix these issues.

Absolutely the worst. The chicken quesidilla was burnt, and the end pieces had no chicken or cheese. The 16 tacos were all ice cold. I will never go back there. It was a total waste of 55.00

My husband ate here today for late lunch and ended up throwing up everything ~4 hours later. I am very disappointed that has happened as I like Taco Bell and will now never visit one again.

So dirty in there, the smell of dirty mop bucket and stinky stench of whatever else covered the whole restaurant, and the employees are literally standing there conversing while people are waiting for food. No thanks I’m good.

Thisplace is always short staffed... last week they had NO sauces. Today they had no Mexican Pizzas... they need new management.NEWEST- This has happened to me multiple times at this same location. I haven't been here in months due to the same reason, but this time I just went because a friend insisted. I figured I'd give them another chance. We both ordered a VEGETARIAN Mexican pizza with refried beans and it came all broken into pieces (not 4 triangular pieces). My chalupa had beef in it, when I asked for refried beans. I use to love this taco bell. The fountain drink area was all sticky on the floor. No hot sauces, had to ask for it. They need to change the management.. it literally sucks. I'll take that trip to Latham next time.. if there ever is a next time.

every single time we order from this taco bell, they either get it completely wrong or we are missing items. we just ordered and didn't receive half of the items we paid for. couldn't go in to rectify it because the lobby is closed! this is getting ridiculous.

After a problem with them a while ago, I decided to try them again. What a horrible mistake! This store has gotten no better... maybe worse.They didn't give me my whole meal, and the things they did were either burn to a crisp (quesadilla) or wrong. Furthermore, they no longer give you a receipt. So, it isn't like I could drive all the way back and prove I'm missing items.Additionally, I see the Taco Bell 'parent company' is responding to a lot of reviews. They're saying 'contact the store, it's not our problem'. This is Taco Bell in 2024... 'it's someone else's mess to fix, we're just ignoring it.'

I work near the Taco Bell and too often I walk over and I can't get in to order since the Lobby is closed.I'm not walking back to my car to use the drive in when I work so close.I don't mind using the kiosk but they are often short staffed.

Two trio out of two told them no cheese, confirmed no cheese due to dairy allergy and surprise both times with cheese. Should have learned the first time and there won’t be a 3rd. Can’t deal with allergies place needs to be shut down. Will also be reporting to DOH

The restaurant is now in some limbo state. You can try and order food on the app, and it'll let you do it, only to get there and find out the restaurant is closed. Not just the lobby, but also the drive thru. You don't know it until you get to the speaker and there's no signage, only a voice informing you they're closed. Least you could turn off the app from orders, instead of making me have to cancel and find something else.
