Worst place there menu has always been small but it's even smaller now and took off all the good things. Not worth the trip at all. Took 10 minutes for a wait stress to come and there were only 2 other tables with customers in the restaurant so I was really confused. The place should be shut down by now I'm confused.

It may be Tuesday everywhere, but in here it's always Friday. Which is usually not a problem. However, since the credit card terminal had it's date set to Friday, my card did not go through. They wouldn't let me leave to get money from an ATM because the Manager was concerned about some time/space continuum & opted to call the police instead. I also noticed some of the decor on the walls was the exact same as another location I frequent, which leads me to believe the decorative items adorning the walls is not authentic.

Bathroom turned me off, tissue seems to had fell in water and put back on the roll rack for use. Wait is too long and short staff. Needs new management bailey this poor business can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I walked out!

Server was the only good part of my experience. We ordered a bacon cheese burger and the cheese came back as a tumor on top of the burger, look into and it was uncooked. Asked for the cheese to be remade and came back microwaved. At this point I was not interested in the burger but cut into it to check if it was even cooked and the burger was raw. Not coming back.

Arrived at TGI Fridays on Wednesday 11/29 about 4:45pm, waited for about 5 minutes until a young lady came out of the back and we were seated. We were waited on soon after and received our drinks and gave our order. We waited and waited and waited and finally about 5:35 we yelled across the room to a server (not ours) if see could find our server , who we hadn't seen in 40 minutes, and ask if she could locate our order. Another 10 minutes went by, an hour after we ordered, and I had enough and got up to leave and find a place that actually had food. As I was leaving the table, our server finally made an appearance, asked if there was a problem and did we want to talk to the manager. I laughed and walked out never to return. I have had a few dining experiences but this was far and away the worse.

Went here for dinner with our family for an early dinner. We waited for quite a long time to even see a waitress. When we finally received our food, after a couple bites of my Whiskey BBQ Chicken Sandwich I realized the chicken was still raw. It took several minutes after this to even find a waitstaff to tell. When she finally came over our drinks were empty and I asked for just a side of fries, since I did not want another chicken sandwhich. We sat there for another 20 minutes with empty cups, no fries, and no visit from a manager about the raw chicken. When our waitress finally came back to "check" to see if we got our fries we told her no and we would just like to go. She then had to remove the fries from the check. Charging for fries after serving someone raw chicken?!? We will never go back here!

Took over an hour before we got our main meals. The chicken sizzler was almost cold - chicken was the size of a half dollar if that ,and 3 pieces of baby shrimp on top of melted/solidified cheese. Medium rare steak was tough. I had asked for a hot tea any flavor but peach, I was given peach. Husband asked for mayo on side and no pickles or onion on burger. He was given pickles and onions but no mayo. Dishes for the appetizer were dirty, we had to ask for silverware when our food came out. Bathrooms were nasty 3 out of 4 ladies room stalls were full of urine and toilet paper or hair all.over the seat. Overall. Will NOT be returning to this location.

I’m laughing so hard right now because if I don’t I’ll just be so mad that I’ll drive back there and throw this “food” back at them. This is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. This is TGIFs NEW Thai Mango Salad with fried chicken on it… what a

I ordered for my son’s birthday today for delivery using Grubhub. At first we were unsure on which resto but I said with TGIF, one can never go wrong. I have always been satisfied with them all these years. This time, I was wrong. The food came on time but It was a mess. Pasta sauce leaked out , burger did not look like a sandwich because bun and patty all over the box etc. And the most disappointing part, the food was in the smallest portion I have seen esp the ribs. I recall Friday’s have always been generous with serving. I do not know what else to say but I feel disappointed with our dinner tonight. It felt like I paid too much, too expensive and I never had that at TGIF. Hope this was just a one time experience.

I went in for my daughter's birthday. Only 4 people eating at each table, and one server. Asked the server 2 different places where I can seat one by the window, her reply was "no I'm the only one serving." How is that my problem?. The seat we wanted wasn't far from her. The people that were already seating were almost done eating. I cannot believe we couldn't choose our seating area. We are the ones paying. Absolutely disgusting!

Not good. Waited nearly 10 minutes at the door for a greeter while multiple not-so-busy servers walked around ignoring us. Ordered Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta but got served chicken Parmesan. It was OK but NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I am guessing it was what the cook decided he had ready? My wife ordered salad as her side and got cold fries. Again, guessing the cook decided that is what he had ready and was overdue to be shifted out to the floor. The bar of service here is apparently very low.

Went here for an anniversary dinner date with my husband and baby today. Food was delicious. However, waitress did not ask us if we needed a high chair, I had to ask twice. High chair was filthy and covered in food as was our table which I had to clean myself. Asked waitress for napkins, never received them. Also, asked for a bag to put the take out trays in, also never received them. Didn’t really come over and check in on us, I believe her name was Allison. And no, I did not tip. Overall, food was good but customer service needs to be worked on. Felt very rushed and crowded.

Waitress kept disappearing for 40 minutes at a time, food arrived cold (it would have been good if it was warm), there was also a DJ blasting music and getting ear-piercing feedback from the microphone... Apparently this is a regular thing there. Between the horrible service and the impossible atmosphere, tables all around us were leaving. The waitress didn't seem to care and neither did the manager. Horrific.

The service was horrible . We were there on a Sunday and Monday night. We waited 10 minutes and then seated ourselves. We ordered our meals along with complimentary chips and salsa. The food came out haphazardly ( main dish), then when we were done, then the chips and salsa came out, we had to remind them that we also ordered fries. The server/bartender was very aloof and boarder line rude. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a TGIF restaurant. We may never go to a TGIF restaurant again! Disgusting!

The wait in there was unbelievable. We had a party 16 and it was a family restaurant not even to believe that the wait was 15 minutes before we ordered. After we ordered the waiters was quite slow and says I was speaking fast witch I wasn't. Than the systems broke twice. The people who was making it was one person so for a party of 16 and one cook it would take about 20-40 minutes for us.
