What an amazing place! Not only was the food delicious! The person was just an absolute saint! Doesn’t get any better than a hardworking mother! I was just feeling so defeated and really needed some chocolate. I’m sure every knows what I mean. We left her shop feeling more uplifted and reminded that we are all doing the best we can. Thanks for making us laugh! Not all places can bring an atmosphere like this one can! I highly recommend this place. She is bringing more joy to the world everyday you can just tell!

Just a lovely little place. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and personable. The mocha loco (not sure if that's the right spelling) is just to die for!! It's there on Fridays and you can sometimes get a day-old loaf on Saturdays. The sandwiches are delicious as well, and the area is very cozy and homey, with well-stocked napkins, utensils, etc. Definitely check it out the next time you're at Colonie Center!

I've gone here before this location and the owner helped me and he was delightful. The bread and croissants are heavenly. I visited the store in the mall last night. Excited to buy my sister and niece a chocolate croissant...so good. I was excited they were here in the mall now with convient hours and struck up a convo with employee or tried to and it fell flat. As we were out of the store my 13 yo niece said he didn't seem like he even wanted to talk to u. It would seem for 5.99 for a croissant u could get a small exchange of conversation. I was and am hopeful for the owner to succeed at the mall, but with service like this I wonder. I probably won't be back any time soon as my niece's revelation embarrassed me.
We've been buying Bread Butler for a few years (love the Zeta loaf especially!) and are thrilled at their wider menu now at Colonie Center. The staff are always friendly, and the new sandwiches are flavorful and filling.

If there is one than one person asking for same items you should see that a popular items ,but instead received negatively and given a number that nobody answer or review messages of customers.
