“Wow! Cathy’s is a gem! They are slammed during the Summer months and open year around. The Jalapeño Bacon quiche was delicious. The creaminess of the eggs, chopped jalapeños throughout, pieces of bacon and the crust is just crispy enough to be a delight. Combined with a iced caramel macchiato made this breakfast something to come back for. The menu is limited right now during the winter, but between the muffins, danishes and daily breakfast specials, come early before they are sold out.“

“Greatest place to get breakfast outside of Clayton New York. They have a wonderful staff that provides a generous helping of eggs, toast, meats, and home fries. You will not go hungry and everything is reasonably priced. Get this they even have a great lunch! 10/10 would recommend and come again“
