“Veggie wontons were light and super crispy with just the right amount of sweet and spice with the dipping sauce. The fish tacos and the pork tacos were perfect, and we especially liked the tang of that pickled cabbage with the fish. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was really nice! We will be back.”

“Fish Fry is fantastic!! I had the panko, baked pot(butter & sc) Cole slaw. Added 3 fantailed shrimp to try. It was so good, w/the panko. Nice & crispy. These are all dipped and cooked to order, not predone. They had other kinds of fish & the other special if the night was lasagna. Seating is small & I seen alot of to go orders flying out the door. We will definitely be going back.”

“I've been visiting Hi-Hos my entire life. Although I left Western New York 20+ years ago, I always make an effort to visit Hi-Hos when I'm in town if it's open. It's a no-thrills, family friendly ice creamery in Olean's Eastside. I have so many fond memories of spending summer evenings here with family and friends. And although the physical appearance has changed (it used to be pink), everything else has stayed the same. It still has the same wonderful charm, lots of sitting areas, and great, affordable ice cream. Highly recommended!”

“We were recently in Olean on 10/23/23, visiting from Greensburg PA, and decided to stop at the brewery to celebrate our anniversary and have a beer. Although the place was closed, the owner was around and let us in without a thought. He was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind, and took time out of his day to have conversation with us. He and the place was very welcoming and the beer was fantastic. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!”

“I grew up on south Clinton Street. When On the side opened . My foster brothers and sisters frequented . The steak and cheese is my favorite. I use to love the meatball subs. Until he changed meatballs. And disappointed that they are closed on weekends now . Been a customer for 49 years. And will always go there. The owner is a nice guy and has worked extremely hard to make on the side what it is. And the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure. You have the best experience”

“After I go shopping at Wal-Mart, I always go to the drive thru and I always order a 20 piece nugget meal and the employees know that my size of the fries and the drink I want is a medium and the drink is a Coke. When I first heard that, I was shocked cause that's what I always order anyway, I don't remember when that happened, but I love their nuggets and their fries. Coke is what I love to drink and that's great. I've been there for years and I love it. And they still know that I order the 20 piece nugget meal and the size is a medium and the drink is a Coke. That's great and they're smart. I don't usually eat inside, but when I do go inside and take it to go, you know one guy at the counter when I ordered it one day, he knew that I always order what I always order and he knew my size and all that, that was great too, but other than that, it's worth it. I love the employees whenever I go to the drive thru, they know what I want when I say the 20 piece nugget meal, and he or she says "Medium and a Coke?", and I say like yes, that's right, you got it, all that, they ask me if I want any dipping sauce for my nuggets, I never care about that, but always the 20 piece nugget meal, medium and a Coke and that's it. I love it.”
