Ordered pizza and wings and was told the order would be ready in 45 min. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told by the owner that my order never made it to the kitchen and therefore wasn’t made. The owner then proceeded to scold the young women working the front, taking orders. He said my order would be ready 10 min. 20 min later my order was ready but was missing items, which I had to ask for. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Village Pizza anymore.

Had problems with them before but decided to give them another chance, ordered a twelve cut he sells me an 8 cout round cut into 12 slices and to top it off it was burned..go back inside to let him know and he started arguing with me telling me it was my fault for not ordering a Sicilian.got a short refund by$8..started a fight with me outside, will never go back there again..thief

Order garlic bites and two slices of pizza. Prices on the board said $2.99, charged us $4.99. Employee would not honor the prices on board .

Worked here and it was super unsanitary. The co manager at the time complained about how Bob the owner would not want to replace broken equipment. The time I worked there the owners was very rude to me. The owners talked behind my back saying they didn’t like me and never confronted that I was doing anything wrong. I have heard so many stories of people quitting here because of how bad it is and how unprofessional the owners are. They eventually stopped scheduling me again without giving me any reason. I remember the time I was there they brought a dog into the kitchen which is unsanitary. Working here was the worst job I ever had.

My boyfriend used to work there and the manager bob would take the sauce that fell out with his thumb and put it back. Very unsanitary place. I would give it a zero if I could

will never again buy from this place I ordered my food was told 45 minutes delivery time it took an hr 20 mins when the food got here the girl handed me the pizza sideways the Box of wings was crushed the order was wrong the pizza was cold I then decided to call spoke to the owner to see if I can get some kind of money reimbursed and he did nothing but yell over the phone and disrespect me. Bad business very unprofessional
