Well, the sign of a GOOD business is REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I LOVED the Niagara Falls Location, so I happen to be out Maple / N. Forest location. I tried the Cajun CHICKEN sandwich. I came w/ Tater Tots as well ... This Sandwich was SLAMMIN!!! Shout out to the Chef ... Very very good - Clean and state of the art ordering. I had some issues ordering off the kiosk, and the Mgr. was VERY helpful to this OG ... lol I hope the Locals & UB Students take advantage of this Locally owned business !... Try them SOON !...

I had a basic bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, fried onions, and mayo with a side of fries. I had lunch with two of my girlfriends and we all said "had we known we would get so many fries we could have shared". Lol The burger was good and so were the fries. Surprisingly as crowded as it was, it didn't take long at all for our food to be ready. We placed our order and provided a pager to notify us when our order was ready. I ordered my food about 10 minutes after the other two ladies as I was sitting outside holding a table for us (because again it was very crowded). It was a beautiful partly sunny day and around the high 70s so it was a very comfortable day to be outside.

I enjoyed my lunch here after a long day at Niagara Falls on trails. The food was ready quickly, the staff was friendly, and the food was satisfying. The cajun grilled chicken sandwich and burger was very filling, so definitely worth $7-8 each. The fries were okay, I wish we had tried their onion rings! My favorite part was how easy it was to customize your burgers/sandwiches - great place for picky eaters.

Such a great burger place! Their black bean burger is well seasoned and a great vegetarian option and their regular burgers are juicy and delicious. Takeout stayed crispy and warm even after a 10 min car ride. Oh and how could I not mention the fries? So so good and they give you massive portions. They also are the only fry you could eat cold the next day and still somehow taste good. Must try!

We ordered a burger and veggie burger, both were great! We also got fries and onion petals and I was worried they would get soggy on the 10 minute drive home but both were still crispy and hot when we got home. Highly recommend!

Very good! The beef and the buns are good quality and never soggy. When you take it out of the wrapper look so good, like the comercial ones :))

I stopped at Flip Burger after a bike ride on the UB path nearby. I had a craving for a hot dog. First off they were following all of the COVID rules. They had just opened so I was the only customer in the place. It seemed to take a long time to get a hot dog but it could have been my timing. While the hot dog was cooked well the ratio of bun to hot dog was off (in my opinion). The bun was very thick and overwhelmed the hot dog. I will have to stop by and try a hamburger at another time.
I really enjoy flip burger. Excellent fries. Very similar to 5guys. But I think it's better.

After finishing an early morning of errands, my husband and I were hungry and decided to call Flip Burger. I made the call at 11:20 AM, and it was picked up on second ring. The young lady that answered, took our order, gave us the total, and then advised that they were still closed, would open at 11:30 and that our order would be ready for pick up by 11:35. Congratulations to the owners for hiring employees who enjoy their work, are not hesitant to answer the phone before officially being open and who were pleasant to deal with!

Been here several times for lunch and have only good things to say for this cheap eats burger joint that is very similar to Five Guys, but friendlier! Their burgers taste fresh, the roll is better than most burger joints, and they give you a generous portion of those fresh cut fries. They have other choices other than burgers , like chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, etc. Also all additional toppings (except cheese and bacon) are included! I even get sides of sauces to dip the fries in (love the Cajun mayo) . Check out one of the best burgers for your buck in Western New York!
