Young woman working today at 3:30, rudest experience I’ve ever had at Insomnia. My spouse and I love coming here for a treat, and have always had great experiences. I don’t understand why this girl seemed mad at us for coming into the store today.. needless to say we were super polite anyways, because maybe she was having a bad day… but I left feeling very uncomfortable and probably won’t be back. Sad.

First time trying insomnia cookies and wow what a experience. These are the best cookies in town! I love how soft and melty and warm they are. They are perfection in every way. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would love to try more different cookies from this place. Absolutely recommend!Parking: Parking can be tricky. Lots of cars in a small space going.

Terrible location. The franchise owner really needs to fix this. I checked both Google and the app and the hours stated that the location opened at 12. I arrived at 12:30 and was met with lights shut off and a locked door. I gave it a few hours and called customer service to see if they were open. Customer service was very pleasant and the woman I spoke with contacted the location and said that “none of the workers showed up at open so that’s why there was a delayed opening.” Clearly whoever is in charge here needs to address this issue. No wonder the Crumbl 3 minutes away is always busy and this place is dead.

I got overcharged and when I pointed it out, the guy in glasses cut me off and said that’s how it was in the system. I looked at the prices on the app and I was correct. I was overcharged, cut off and honestly, gaslit. The service sucks when you have miserable college kids working for the establishment. Will not be coming back.

I went to this location my last visit to Buffalo from Toronto. Was really looking forward to trying these.. Since I got a recommendation from someone who has tried them in an Atlanta.For me, these are average cookies. I tried: Chocolate chip, Mint chocolate chip, Peanut butter, Snickerdoodle Double chocolate. Classic box.

The service at the Sweet Home Road store in Buffalo is terrible now. I went to Insomnia for years after it first opened because it was outstanding - not anymore! I don't know who's making decisions for that place now but the company should think about who they have in charge.

Tried 3 different deluxe cookies and they were all so greasy! I also didn't know delivery was through door dash until they called to tell me an item wasn't available. I asked if I could be refunded for the item she said no, so I got an exchange which was cheaper than the item I originally ordered. Taste was basic cookie taste with extra grease.
