This is one of the most disgusting hotpots I have ever tasted in my life. It tastes so bad that I want to curse. I actually had the nerve to order the secret spicy pot base, so I chose the spiciest one. The bottom of the pot is the same as clear soup, and what comes out is the same as boiled water. It's too bad. The sauce is also all water, which is a scam. If you read this review, please block this store.

First hotpot experience ever! The servers were so patient and informative of how it all worked. Huge selection of fresh veggies and tofu which is perfect for me since I am vegetarian. My boyfriend loves their steak and the fish/pork balls. Making your own sauce to dip in is definitely my favorite part! Many broths to choose from as well and I really like that you can do split pots even if it’s only two people since my bf eats meat and I do not. Different sake and soju to try and were delicious! Ambiance is welcoming and the music/ led screen playing music videos is fun but not too loud. Very clean whenever we go, as well as the bathrooms smelling fresh. Any negative reviews about the service must’ve missed the huge “call” button at each table if you need anything or want to order more the employees come right away. We never end up even needing the call button. Overall the service was immaculate and we were constantly being checked on by all three employees which made us felt so cared for. Can’t recommend this place enough and it’s our new favorite spot!

We came here for the Monday-Thursday all you can eat hot pot deal. While I don't have another hotpot to compare this one too, I can say it was a wonderful experience. The food was good and the staff were friendly. They took our order and brought out the food quickly. I will be back for sure!

I love the best place and the atmosphere is very calm.
We had a party of 8 in the private room. The variety of food for all you can eat hot pot was very impressive. The quality of food and broth was very good. My only suggestion is someday they may want to switch to an iPad method. The handwritten list for AYCE can get confusing with items missing or duplicates coming out, but certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker.

The service here is getting worse every time. I didn't get my drink until 1/2 into my meal, and after, I had already asked twice. The server would not smile or engage in conversation with one of our guests who was trying to be friendly. When we needed refills, I had to literally get up and almost grab it myself. we waited so long. It was not even busy in there for it to have taken that long for refills. The headed waitress walked by numerous times, seemingly purposely ignoring us even when I had my cup up to show we needed drinks. The server also brought to table things we didn't ask for and then didn't bring things we did ask for. Very strange.If you go, just know it's not the best service, and make sure items are what you asked for.Bring back the friendly servers you used to have. The food is great. The service is horrible.Parking: If you park right in front of the restaurant, you may have a challenge backing out because Starbucks drive thru is right behind you. It's narrow....Wheelchair accessibility: Right in front.

I asked for no cilantro and there was still cilantro in the food, the head waitress is extremely rude and appears annoyed half the time. They also verbally abuse their employees since I heard them yelling in the back at another waiter.

I am so glad the Buffalo area has a place like this, so that I don't have to drive a great distance for hot pot.They have an all you can eat hot pot for $27, but only from Monday-Thursday. It's a perfect opportunity to feast on all your hot pot favorites, and they have a great selection of various foods you can eat, and different broths for your hot pot.Highly recommend to everyone in the Buffalo area that wants to try something new and exciting!Parking: Parking lot is somewhat small, as this area has multiple businesses located in a strip mall type situation.
