If I could give 0 stars I would. Zero Customer Service skills. Called their bakery just after they opened at 7AM for cupcakes for a birthday party later that night. I explained I was in a last minute scramble as the place that was supposed to make the birthday cake cancelled at the last minute. Took my name & number, and was told the person responsible for cake decorating would call back "as soon as she got in" at 8:30 AM. Never called. I called back later in the day, got the cake decorator, and was told nobody had given her the message. I was placed on hold and the person who I originally spoke with got on the line and said "she got busy". I said that's fine - I totally understand if at the last minute they don't have the time to help me - but why didn't they call me back to let me know that? Her response: "I SAID, she got busy". I don't know why I expected better from Wal-Mart, but I certainly won't EVER make this mistake again.

Shopped here today and cashier was friendly and helpful. I told her the restroom needed attention, she said, "They know there is no soap and no paper towels, but they don't care."

Took half an hour to get waited on with no one ahead of him.When he went to the delicounter, the same thing only there were 5 people behind the counter.I called the mgr. and was left on hold. Really
My 81yr old father went for his meds. He had an item to return at the cust service counter. There were 3 people standing there doing nothing but chatting with one another.

Excellent late night service. Bought a TV stand and not only were they nice enough to ring it up in electronics to avoid the front lines they brought it to our car and loaded it in!!!! Thank you!
