Ordered a double cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. NO Burger.. Fish sandwich ...really??? That is not an accident.Amityville location and of course they don’t answer the phone...hence, yet again, no one will be held accountable for slipshod work!

I went to drive through and you can just hear in the voice of the employee she was annoyed i never been there before this was my first time i didnt know they dont have kids meals she was not helpful and you can just hear she didnt want to help me and i felt rushed and i said have a good day and nothing she handed me the bag and thats it!!

Don't mind waiting 20+ minutes in the DT? This is the perfect place for you. The staff is rude, the only way to get any service is the DT, the line is always tremendous, there's like 2.5 people working & there's a 75% chance you're order is wrong. Lovely, just lovely. Oh & the place is filthy and falling apart.

TERRIBLE service! Employees looked directly at us and never offered us any assistance. After about two minutes, my cousin then proceeded to knock for someone's attention just to have a female employee come to the window with an attitude to ask how can she help us, but immediately tell us to wait one minute and walked away before we could even order anything. Mind you there were only two cars outside at the drive through so they can't use that excuse. We ended up going across the street to Taco Bell and the service was excellent compared to this place. They definitely need to work on their customer service.

i have a code for a free Big Buford burger, from Tmobile Tuesdays, l went through drive through lady barely spoke English she wouldnt honor or scan my code. She said i have to give her $3 or buy fries and a coke. It doesnt state that anywhere. SCAM
