WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I placed an online order with the app when I got the store they told me my order was stolen and laughed at me. They didn’t want to help me what so ever. Never ordering from this location.

First let me say I use to come to this Dunkin Donuts frequently on my way to work since it's nearby and I pass it. I stopped going so much when they changed staff and started messing up my order up all the time. This morning I went to this location because my Granddaughter insist on having donuts. Since we were passing it we went in. There was one person on line and I had 4 iced coffees to order and a dozen donuts. The young lady that took my order kept repeating "anything else" after each coffee order. She repeated my order twice, because she missed to items. Needless to say, my coffee order was still wrong. Three were correct and one was incorrect. When I told the clerk I ordered 4 iced coffees, he told me that was extra I had to pay $1.35 more. No apology, he just yelled out the amount I owed and passed over me. I guessed I was dismissed. I have a large family my orders at Dunkin Donuts are large. Today I spend $33.35 on 4 coffees and 1 dozen donuts and rude service! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!

It is like the worst Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. The guy who works there was doing ice cream tasting with one of the customer meanwhile over 10 people on line. Shame!

Funny I'm in the store writing this review. Horrible service. I said "Good Morning " and barely received a how may I help you. I did not receive neither of the two receipts for my orders so I can not tell you what the young man's name was who was at the register at the time. He was rolling his eyes as if I was bothering him. I will not patron this franchise again.

Just went in and bought 2 lattes. I took a sip and it was warm not hot. I ask the young man if he could please heat it up so that is hot and not warm. He gave me an attitude and rolled his eye at me. At this point I was not going toSpend my money in there.. Ask for a refund and left. He need a lesson in custody service.
