Lady there pretty nasty when i went in for the LAST TIME last week. Spoke so rough after I tried to order. Rude, mean, and the food is super over priced. It's called Lu's now. Never again, Nasty lady.

Disgusting they don't wear there masks properly lady is on her phone talking while she's making my sandwich ... Touching her phone excessively with the same gloves touching my sandwich.. ive tried this new place twice and yeah just as bad as the original place pior to hea and the prices are expensive 13.00 a hero and you have to argue to get the salad that comes with it and little to no meat on the hero 2lbs of mayo on it 2 slice of air cheese yah air cheese cause it's so thin it's barley there .. def not worth it I mentioned to her about changing her gloves and she kept speaking in a different language to someone .. makes me skechie maybe there doing something to my food .. they charge you extra for using your card .. someone please open a real deli in our area !!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother go to subway . The pictures of there food are not there pictures there all googled images .

Not called this anymore it is called lu's. Highly recommend you stay away, 3 and 1/2 hours for delivery and still couldn't get the food right!!! There are many other places to buy food from, try one of them instead!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in this morning to try a new deli, I had an order of 5 bagels, no complex order either. Just bagels with cream cheese. #1 the lady wasn't sure about the bagels she had. #2 she was missing 2 of my bagels and they were burnt beyond belief. I can't believe she would even serve this to a customer. I wouldn't even give these to my dog. Awful service, bagels were stale and burnt. Barely any cream cheese. Done with a half-ass attitude!! She reluctantly served me the food. Disgusting. Stay away. Nothing "special" about this place!!!

I love love love this place! My coworker and I love our breakfast sandwiches on Sunday mornings and Something Special does it just right! We have it delivered and the sandwiches are hot and it comes so fast. Thank you guys so much for being so nice and pleasant. I look forward to every Sunday when I get to order!!

Expensive place, bleh food, rude owner. Everyone loves a deli success story but this place is here to rob you... stay away.
Owner was very friendly and our sandwiches were great. The Italian Stallion hero was very tasty and a good deal for the portion size. Unfortunately most of the negative reviews are racially motivated since there was a change in ownership...friendly people and staff
