“We had a grilled chicken sandwich (not a Brazier store, so no burgers) which was very good, a chilli cheese dog, and a chocolate shake. Greeted promptly in a friendly way, and was able to sit at one of the outdoor tables once our food was prepared.“

“Walked in (6:50pm) not sure of the closing time..(7pm)... I was prepared to turn around and leave but the young lady, Cameron.. invited me to order... In her head I'm sure it was ugh!...( I managed Retail for more than 16 years). But she did not make me feel that way...she smiled and joked as she took my order... The Subs were awesome!.. even if they had not been, this young lady already made me feel like a truly valued customer.. and that will win my business everytime...Well done Cameron...I highly recommend this location!“

“Of the fast food restaurants we frequent on a semi-regular basis, this one is the best in terms of service. The food is almost always hot, wait times aren't unreasonable, and their ice cream machine almost always works! They do occasionally run out of things, but so do most stores. There is always a satisfactory alternative, and the staff and managers are always apologetic. I can feed a family of four here for under $35, which is pretty reasonable for fast food these days. Skip the McDonald's next door and go here instead. You'll save money and headaches.“

“the Derby McDonald's is probably the worst one I've ever encountered for months they couldn't make a fish fillet for weeks the shake machine was down and then their toaster went down and they couldn't make any egg McMuffins and even when they do they are hard and nasty terrible like they make hundreds of them at 6:00 a.m. and then they sit there for hours and hours and even when everything is running okay they'll still mess up your order I'll look in my bag every time to make sure my order is correct then I drive away I open up my sandwich and there's no cheese on my egg McMuffin I go out of my way not to go to that McDonald's they are constantly messing up the orders and the food is just bad“

“That is a tasty burger!! On a real note I went here a while back and lots of customers were complaining that the food took longer than like 15 minutes. My brother in Christ it is a McDonald's at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. It was busy af, and the workers were working very hard to get the orders out on time. Do yall know how privileged you are to be able to want food and just get it made for you 15 minutes later? All these Karens and Kevins were complaining to the staff about it too, and being smug af for no reason. How bout yall make yall own dang food?? The same goes for all these other reviews complaining about wait time. Be grateful folks. Be not afraid, Irving McDonald's. I have your back???“
