I went in to get my pick up order as I waited saw an employee blow his nose and didn't wash his hands I said something to him, you should wash your hands disgusting he said mind your own business with attitude and mind you he was not wearing gloves also.I can just imagine happens when nobody is watching will never go back to this one.

Came in early this morning for a coffee order and it was greeted very nicely by the cashier when I get to pick up my order there’s no tag on the drink so I ask is this my coffee a girl with 1000 piercings heavyset was very rude ignored me after three times me asking her if this is my drink she gives me attitude and nods her head. I don’t like that I come to the Dunkin’ all the time.
I love this dd's James always knows what I order without asking. Great customer service.

I came to use my rewards on a drink after many visits and the cashier didn’t scan it properly and refused to give me my drink and to use more rewards again which I refused to do . I lost 900 points because of her error… she also gave me the wrong drink as well and would not fix the order. I don’t know if this sounds a bit ridiculous but it’s mainly because she was rude about it. I come here all the time and have never had someone with such a bad attitude

geez folks its dunkin donuts not a 5 star resort world class restaurant. while in ardsley on some biz i stopped at a local strip mall with endless free parking and went inside dd to grab a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese , a large ice latta and grabbed a seat for 30 minutes , it was ok . typical dd with typical dd drinks and eats .free strong wifi , music playing current top 40 crap at a reasonable sound level and thats really all you can expect and need .giving 3 stars for this dd in ardsley .

They only have Two employees working during lunch time, they can't fill orders fast enough, it's not their fault, but people don't have time to stand around and wait for more then 10-15 mins. VERY SLOW

Ordered on mobile app and coffee was still not ready 5 minutes after I arrived.
Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn't taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming that he added milk, instead of making a new drink. The taste remained the same. Their customer service sucks!

The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes to get a latte. The place is disgusting with trash and food scattered about.

ordered large coffee. Server gave iced coffee even With cream. Maybe halloween Joke. WHO would drink iced coffee In 52 degree Weather. How did he End up with “iced coffee” when it was not even mentioned. No time To argue today. Just do better next time…. After a couple of sip though, the drink is not bad. But again hope they give what you order...

My grandma was punched in the face this past spring by an employee named Aliza Gonzalez. To compensate for this, my grandma was handed a $10 gift card. My grandma did not want to press charges against the worker because Cuomo passed a bill where when you sue someone the person who you are suing, can see your home address. My grandma did not want this crazy worker showing up to her house. At the very least Dunkin' Donuts should give my grandma unlimited free coffee at this specific location.

Ordered ahead and still took 30 minutes for a simple order. Got there and they were making food orders one at a time. 2 staff working, 4 standing around not helping. Will not visit this one again.
