Working in this area for 3 years now and this is the only place that I get my breakfast from. Great service and even better tasting food. I appreciate the staff for always getting it right on point with my order.

I have been going to this location fairly regularly since it opened. I order basically the same two items events time. This morning I went and did the same. The staff did not write down the order which is pretty typical but often worked. The woman who helped meAsked twice about my order and I told her the same thing. I got home and found one breakfast sandwich was prepared wrong. I returned to the store and the employee who made it asked what was wrong. I responded and they told me I was wrong and they asked me twice. She then proceeded to be hostile about it and reminded me where I was standing and that I was wrong twice. Another employee tried to mitigate and defuse the situation. I was equally aggravated. The other employed asked her what my order was that she claimed she knew so well. She could not tell him what it was and kept arguing. The majority of my experience was good here until today. I’m not sure I’ll be returning. If you order ask them to write it down.

Bagel World on Raymond Avenue is a welcome addition to the area. There are not many breakfast options nearby.The staff and dining area are welcoming to enjoy a delicious bagel and great coffee. The vegetable cream cheese is full of vegetables and mini bagels are a nice option. You should try it!

I love coming here weekly as much as possible! Great service, food and atmosphere! One change I would like to see is adding a Tip option for people who pay with card, I don’t carry cash and feel bad when I can’t leave a Tip at places I enjoy! Please look into this!

The prices online are not even close to what I was charged!!! The quality for a $10 breakfast sandwich should be better than what I recieved. I can get a better sandwich at Dunkin and I am not a fan of DD's food.

Can’t beat a free hash brown with a killer omelette! Thanks so much to Alan for making the best breakfast I’ve had in awhile! He’s a very nice guy who makes you feel welcome. Definitely stop by and give them a try for breakfast or lunch.

I work near by and hadn't ever come because I assumed only bagels. So not the case! Went one morning with my running group and was shocked at the great menu. Breakfast wrap was amazing and now we (my work crew) order lunch regularly from here as well. The rice pudding is so good! The staff is great, the food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the restaurant is adorable and clean! My office is moving locations in about a month but I'm happy we will still be close enough to still walk to get lunch at our new location!
