My retirement luncheon was held today at Fortina in Armonk, and I received an appearance ticket because my car was parked in the parking lot shared by Fortina and DeCicco & Sons for more than 2 hours. I called Fortina assuming they would assist me since we brought 20 people to the restaurant, spent about $1000 and parked in their parking lot. Instead, I was initially told it was not their parking lot and then I was told it was shared and their customers do park in the lot. I then spoke to the manager who called me back after speaking to the general manager and I was told it was not their responsibility. I guess you can only spend 2 hours in Fortina without getting a parking ticket. This is terrible customer service; they clearly don't care about their customers.

Drinks are delicious! Endive salad and pastina with black truffle are my favorites!

Used to be better, looks like the owners have given up, wait staff is fairly unhelpful.

I have been going to Fortina since they first opened in 2013. Fortina and Decicco's, both located in Armonk Square, were a shot in the arm to downtown Armonk at the time and they both have become institutions in town. Fortina strikes a perfect balance of modern takes on italian food while offering an authentic experience with excellent homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and other "wood-fired" offerings coming out of their ovens. Their menu has few blind spots as everything I have had has always been delicious. I always look forward to new seasonal additions and tweaks over the years. On our most recent trip, we tried their wood-fired wings for the first time. They came out piping hot and juicy. The calabrian chili and maple sauce was delicious paired with the green goddess dressing. For an entree, I had the gnocchi (which I had previously via takeout, and I knew I had to try fresh in the restaurant next time I went). The pan seared gnocchi has a thick, almost creamy pistachio pesto drizzled with brown butter and cheese - it was fantastic. Inside Fortina has a great vibe with a rustic but modern feel of the wood covered walls adorned with eccentric art including a portrait of Bill Murray from the life aquatic which has been there since opening. Service is friendly and relaxed. Fortina is always a great choice for some of the best pizza and pasta in the County as well as an excellent weekend brunch.

Food was terrific, waiter got the order wrong, no apology or complimentary food/drink for having to wait. Other than that, great restaurant!

The food was delicious. My server Giuseppe was very good and I will definitely be coming
I honestly cannot think of one thing I would change in this restaurant. It really is the perfect dining experience. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, perfect amount of lighting and really good music too! The service was impeccable. Kudos to our waiter, Giuseppe! This guy was so cool, so attentive and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He raises the bar when it comes to waitstaff. And lastly, the food. I can't emphasize enough how fantastic everything tastes. Pizza was perfect. The meatball appetizer, I could eat 100 of them. And the oven baked lasagna was pure heaven. Everyone at my table couldn't say enough good things about their dinners. We are in a time when restaurant quality has become subpar, food is rushed out, staff can't wait for you to leave. But not this restaurant! It truly was an incredible dining experience. Thank you!!

Give this place a very high recommendation. Surprised by finding good pizza out in this area, but the pasta was even better. The pastasciutto was good. The actual pasta itself, not the dish, really stands out. Went with a gluten free friend and she said the gluten free slice was good too.

Excellent personal pizza. Large salads. Quick service. A little loud. And they need more variety on TV channels. Rating is based on the food.
