Pistazio icecream is terrible ?

Even on a cold day, the ice cream was a welcome treat and break during our big walk around. Nice selection of flavors.

This is not 24 hours, please change your hours on google or any search engine, It is inconvenient to have to go all the way to the location and have it be closed and no one answer the phone to confirm the hours either

I'm not from the area, but my Godsister wanted to get her nails done in Astoria. I've gotten Baskin Robbins ice cream in numerous locations. I've also gotten different ice cream brands as well. I ordered a double scoop of Nutty Coconut & Jamocha Almond Fudge. My two most favs from BR. About 30 minutes to an hour of eating it, I start to feel nauseous. I usually don't vomit because I hate vomiting, but this time I couldn't hold it back. Sorry TMI, but I vomited & shi**ed for days!! I wish I could give zero stars!

what the heck is wrong with me buying ice cream on a frigid cold weather evening in queens (l.i.c.) area , well it's simple i need a few prepacked quarts of ice cream for my journey home . this baskin robbins / dunkin donuts is in a busy foot traffic area of queens .good size shop with plenty of tables to sit and enjoy donuts or ice cream or both , i stopped by about 10pm on a thursday super cold night and it's packed with folks (mostly trying to keep warm ) and i headed straight to the mini fridge and grabbed 2 prepacked of the good stuff for 7 bucks each . the full array of the usual dunkin donuts offerings but it's ice cream i fancy tonight . place is open 24/7 so you can assume the characters that will stumble in for donuts and ice cream in the witching hours will be of the highest moral quality or maybe not.

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE. I went in to order a custom cake (chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream - simple enough, right? NOPE). They made me wait over 20 minutes for a woman to come back from break to help me and then she couldn't understand my very simple order and told me to go order it online. I expressed my annoyance since they had me wait so long just to tell me to order it online, but she didn't care. I then placed the order online and they still managed to get it wrong. When I went to pick it up I asked them to confirm it was chocolate ice cream and the guy working rudely told me "it's whatever you ordered." It wasn't, it was cookies and cream ice cream instead of chocolate. It was still delicious but when you pay almost $40 for an ice cream cake you should get what you ordered. Will never order from here again.

They are so lovely. I was a frequent Starbucks for 5 years. Almost every single day. They never took the time to get to know me. My job now has me going the opposite direction so now every day I'm in this Dunkin'. The ladies in the morning are genuine, sweet and fast. They got to know me within days. When I don't bring my reusable cup, they always ask! They are truly wonderful people and so much better than anything I've received from Starbucks.

This is a combination Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. That being said, I've come here when I've been desperate for coffee (I kind of hate Dunkin's coffee...until I discovered their new Almond Joy Iced Coffee...ask for it with extra syrup, or as I like to call it - extra "Joy"), in need of a quickie breakfast sandwich (with hash brown bites - I LOVE those things!), an Oreo Coolatta (also known as - Diabetes in a cup) or in need of an ice cream. Service here is pretty good. Friendly, efficient, quick turnaround and when there has been a line the staff here is good at managing it. Everything I've ever eaten or drank here has been pretty good...for a Dunkin Donuts, lol. Now if only Yelp would heed my several messages of how this is actually a combo and not *just* a Baskin Robbins. I live up the block(ish...you stalkers) from here and I've even included pictures to boot.

The service is terrible, they have me repeat my order 3 times and still get it wrong. It's only saving grace is that it's open 24 hours
