The only reason I'm not giving them one start is because they fixed an issues I had but the service and how they speak to customer is gross. They need to work on their customer service skills and drop their attitude especially when the issue was caused by your employees. I wouldnt recommend ordering from here.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided at this specific location. I've ordered through other locations and have had far better experiences there. Delivery drivers never respond properly to instructions and on top of that, the quality control of these pizzas are unacceptable. We ordered 3 pies and only 1 of them was in decent condition. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere or at a different domino's location.

This place is a scam I got burnt cold pizza ? If I can give zero this place I would. My apartment has an elevator but the delivery guy is lazy to take my food up. My kids were very excited to open the 2 box of pizza yet they stumbled upon knowing that their pizza was burnt. I am very disappointed I call back this domino's pizza place while telling them that id would want to return the 2 boxes of burnt pizza and got my refund. he told me that ill still be replaced. It took almost to hours I never heard from them. I called them and constantly waited for 2 hours, it took so long and it was a very impulsive thought for them to keep a customer waiting on the line that I decided that itd be best to cancel my order. Though he keep hanged up on me it was unprofessional, disrespectful, horrible management I will never order to this place again. Awful place ?

After seeing how people work here with no mask on and no hand gloves, delivery person just enters the kitchen, the woman chewing something continuously while making the pizza and teaching other person how to falter the pizza dough. I am afraid of anyone cares about the hygiene and how a kitchen staff should behave and take care of the things while in the kitchen. Seems like somebody’s kitchen with no regards to customer’s health and hygiene. Does anyone even care in Domino’s about reading these reviews and act upon them?

This Domino's has literally never failed me. 1) always get pickup, 2) it's either a cheese, pepperoni, or Hawaiian pizza 3) it's always with that coupon that gets me a large pizza for $7.99Not sure how/why so many issues with this Domino's for other people but seems like the common thread is delivery. Also, if you are ordering delivery, yes you must pay delivery fee and tip. Otherwise, go get it yourself! That's what I do and I'm a happy camper every time.

It’s always something with this Dominos. I ordered food through the app and chose the option of CONTACTLESS DELIVERY as well as added instructions for the delivery person to leave at my door because I am sick. Then, I checked the status of my order and it was marked “completed”, I didn’t find my order outside my door and I even went outside my building to check and nothing was delivered. I called the store and they told me that “sometimes the system does that” and to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. I waited 10 minutes and the delivery guy called me asking me to come OUTSIDE. I didn’t want to deal with that anymore and thankfully my husband got back from work early so he was able to pick it up for me. I’m very dissatisfied with this store and their customer service. 1. The order shouldn’t have been marked as “completed” by the driver. 2. The driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. 3. Portions of the food were very little. 4. The pasta is missing ingredients I paid for.

Staff don’t wear gloves when they are preparing the food. They grab the ingredients with their bare hands and touch all the equipment. Ordering onsite was such a hassle. They can barely communicate and were extremely rude. They don’t provide napkins or anything when you are picking up your order. Deserve 0 stars.

They took over an hour to deliver to my place 10 minutes away. From the time I ordered to the time is was delivered was 2 hours. The food arrived ice cold, no joke. The pizza literally feels like it just came out the fridge. The tracker showed my food was delivered for over half an hour but there was nothing delivered. I called the store multiple times and they let the phone ring nonstop before answering. They offered to remake the food but honestly I feel like they’ll just spit in my food now. Never ordering from here again.
