Came here couple days ago on the 14 they took forever to get my mom her coffee asking me what I ordered her when i got the coffee the top wasn't on correctly and it spilled on my hand and could have left me with 3rd degree burns we told them the top wasn't on properly and they seem to not even care. They allow a man to beg for money outside of their establishment don't go here go to the other one by chase on 30ave

Love this Dunkin location. It's right next to Mount Sinai and is usually always busy but both the drinks and food come out quickly. The staff is very kind and if there's ever a problem with my order they're happy to fix it.

They have got new staff like starting this summer and they are the best!! There's only one thats a lil rude but shes barely there so I dont care. But they are so so friendly and they make my coffee soooo good compared to other dunkins. She always gives me extra donuts when i order and she has small talk with me which i think is very sweet :,)

This is one of my favorite Dunkin locations in Astoria. It's right next to Mount Sinai so the lines can get hectic but they are very fast. My coffee is always good and they don't charge extra for my oat milk like other locations!

I come in 3-5 times a week. If I order on the app I can come in and avoid the line.Customer Service - I feel like most are good experiences. Sometimes the employees have their off days but other days are really friendly. You can’t expect someone to wake up on the right side of the bed every morning lol
