I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.

How hard is it to cap a coffee? I get my coffee go to take a drink but the cap wasn't properly on so now I have coffee all over my shirt and hands while I'm on the train to work.
Went to buy a plain bagel with cream cheese. It tasted good but the service was kind of slow as I waited there for 10 minutes when there wasn't a line. When coming here just expect to wait a bit.
