I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and they gaveme a bacon egg and cheese and they forgot the cheese and when they gave it and asked if its for me and i said yes thank you and she mocked me and said “thank youu” in a baby voice and said bye mexican and luaghed and when i asked for a return they said no as they already made it and a waste of food.

I have spent so many evenings in this Dunkin for years -- the baristas are so welcoming and my favorite -- they always ask how your day is and start up a conversation. The older European men are always here and there's a lot of seats inside to enjoy your coffee. I see they get busy in the mornings with mobile ordering but I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Great spot.

This place is stressful every time I go there I have to admit I do not go often but when I do these workers stress the hell out of me ....( By the way I will not go anymore )I went to get a dozen donuts..When I started telling her what I wanted immediately she said this is not included in the price of the dozen it’s extra .Fine I’ll pay extra ... when came time to pay I said please scan my phone she said I can’t I already rang it up (it didn’t make any sense to me ) to make a long story short she didn’t want to scan my phone and I had not payed her yet ...This woman was so rude and stubborn I have never experienced this behavior from a worker before very strange .Of course I did not buy the donuts and I just left after asking her numerous times to scan my phone and she refused. And I’m glad I left because those donuts did not look so fresh to me after all.......... Note Before my turn I was waiting for like 15 minutes while she was taking care of this guy and I did not say one word all he got was coffeethey had language issue he didn’t understand her and she didn’t understand him...... You can keep your filthy donuts !!!

Service is a hit or miss , I don’t stop inside much because since the remodel there is less space to sit and it’s always occupied by people not eating and just hanging out . The selection is okay not great and depending when you go either it’s fresh and delicious or stale . Service is okay - the ice coffee is good depending who makes it . Since the remodel I thought they would figure out a way to keep bugs and stuff on donuts and seal the donut case but guess it’s still open and available for anything to go inside . I don’t want bugs on my donuts . Gross ! I told the woman and she ignored me .

It’s a constant issue with this location on Ditmars. My main issues are always with the workers! My drinks are never consistent and today was my last straw. My server Eva spent more time laughing and talking with her coworkers she got my order completely wrong. I’m a vegetarian and I got a egg and cheese on a bagel with my surprise bacon as well that I never asked for! When I returned to show them the food and explain that I was a vegetarian I just quickly got a they will make it again No apologies no conversation anything I didn’t even ask for refund as I was just so angry I wanted to get out of there and funny enough another customer had the same issue as me she too got bacon in her bagel.

I go here a lot since it's right by my job, so it's convenient. I haven't seen much homeless or many loitering people around the time I go which is before 7am, so I can't speak to anything after that really, but it isn't crowded and then and the service is decent. I do recommend checking your mobile orders and verifying you got what you wanted, sometimes they mess up. Only human, right? One time I ordered and egg and sausage on a croissant, no cheese. I was handed an egg and cheese croissant, so yeah, verify.But the funny thing is, that's not the one star award story...I have never heard of their butter pecan donut, and that's all I wanted. Nothing more. That butter pecan flavor swirl is amazing so this butter pecan donut must be great, right? Anyway, the employee had a hard time finding the butter pecan donut, I just pointed it out to them and they plopped it in the bag, I paid, and was on my merry way. Unfortunately for me, I didn't eat it right away, no...I went to work and did my morning duties and then finally after taking care of the first third of my day, I went for a nice butter pecan treat! Would it taste like pecan pie? Their super sweet butter pecan flavoring? Straight up pecans? I was excited to find out how delicious this donut was going to be!....or so I thought...the tragedy that befell me set the tone for the rest of my day...the donut that was sitting on the tray labeled Butter Pecan was not a butter pecan at all....it was an Apple Crumb!!!The betrayal!Mislabeled donuts in a Dunkin Donuts? How could they? The joy and excitement that built up in those few short hours from the store to my office had turned into disappointment and strife! I was so upset by the whole ordeal that I finished the donut and went about my day as usual...with underlying disappointment.Apple crumb was good though.Parking: Paid parking from 7am - 7pm I believe, maybe 9pm? Check the signs
I walked in to see a homeless person camped out in the seating. When I had a problem with my order the employees couldn't care less and refused to even try to assist. You're not even the only Dunkin within 4 blocks let alone the only coffee place. Maybe try just a little.

Has become a rest stop for homless and people with no where to go. You have to walk through a wall of chain smokers just to get in. Once in theres no where to sit because people stay there morning until night. I hate to say this but there should be some rules enforced to keep this at bay. Its smells and its really off putting. The renovation made it look so nice but that only lasted for a few days before it went right back to being a place that you really dont want to go in.

Horrible Service. Not a single time have they got my order right. They get something wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff gets mad when you tell them something is wrong. No one is ever working there. They are just standing around talking to each other.

Overpriced junk food that masquerades as desert, breakfast and even lunch. Horrible prices which reflect rip off business practices. The owner at this location always keeps the bathroom closed no matter what even for paying customers. It is perpetually out of service. This is why when I walk by no one is ever in this place. It is like one of those proverbial ghost cities in China. I even witnessed the one final time I purchased old burned coffee from this location, how a regular customer asked for a cup of water on a sweltering 95 degree July day this summer. The new employee with his brash smugness and disregard actually told him it would cost a dollar with tax. Unreal. The guy even mentioned his mother comes here daily as a regular and provides plenty of business. Still this Neanderthal import actually refused until another older, mature employee who did empathize gave the guy a small dentist off sized cup or water. This is the type of business this trash runs. Avoid it. Closed it down or let Anti-Fa burn it down during the next woke riot.
