I debated on whether or not I should write this review but felt it was needed. Just coming from a relaxing massage and looking to break the fast with some drinks and a comfort meal, we came here. The establishment opened at 12, and we got there right upon opening. The restaurant is mostly bar seating, so if you have lumbar issues, you won't be comfortable. The hostess couldn't be nicer - it was probably our favorite part of this entire experience. We ordered the unlimited brunch drinks. I asked for a passion fruit margarita with salt on the rim, and my companions ordered a regular margarita, one with salt, one without salt. The drinks arrived. The passion margarita came without salt. The other 2 plain margaritas came with salt IN then and on the rim. The drinks tasted like rubbing alcohol and sea water. My cup had a massive crack in it. We asked our waiter if we could change our drinks. He said we could, and this time, we asked for 2 red sangrias and 1 prosecco. He came back with 3 red sangrias. We didn't want to start anything, so we left the order as is. The sangria was also not great- it came out of a box. We ordered an appetizer of mac and cheese bites, a cheeseburger with fries, corn beef hash with eggs and hollandaise, and Hennessy ribs over cheesy grits and eggs. The mac and cheese bites looked more like wedges arrived still frozen in the middle. We contemplated canceling our order and leaving but decided to give them some grace. They re-fired the mac and cheese, and guess what... not frozen this time, but it was definitely cold in the middle. The entrees were absolutely terrible. The burger, which was asked for medium rare, came well done. The fries were stale. The corned beef hash tasted like it was cooked in old oil or the cast iron skillet it was served in was not fully cleaned - it did not taste good. The eggs and hollandaise were rubbery. The Hennessy ribs were decent but advertised as 4 ribs... I got 3 baby back ribs. There's a difference. The grits were dry and shaped like a brick. They were void of any seasoning and were very unpleasant. I ate the eggs as they were the only palatable thing on the plate - and 1 baby back rib. We were absolutely put off and asked for the manager who took a long time to arrive as she was mopping the floors in the back of the restaurant. She was just as unpleasant as the food. When we shared how our experience had been thus far, she argued that it was simply a matter of our preference because she hadn't received any other complaints... mind you, the restaurant was literally opened for 45 mins. I'm sure there were more complaints later in the day. She offered us more food, which we declined, she also offered us more drinks, which we also declined. She offered to comp our appetizer, and we asked her to comp our meals. She did so begrudgingly. Despite declining, she still arrived with more drinks even tho we didn't touch the ones we currently had. We agreed to pay for our unlimited drinks, but she swiped our card and said,'You can leave now'. She took our complaints personally and needed to take it up with her chef, not us. We understand that fried food and cheap drinks definitely has its audience but this was inedible and careless. Department of Health needs to pay this establishment a visit. Their manager is absolutely rude, and I wouldn't be surprised to see this place on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Terrible food. Terrible drinks. And terrible customer service.

Even the water tasted bad. couldn't tell if my glass was dirty or if the water was just gross. worse than tap. cold food. one bite also had so much salt I almost threw up. later my bf and I both were sick. felt like it was everyone's first day. and it wasn't even that busy. do not recommend.

Unfortunately the service was bad. I came with a group of 7 for brunch. It took over 40 to get our first round of drinks. The server never came back to check on us or update us on why our drinks were taking long. It would of been a great difference if the server had at least come back to the table to apologize for the delay. Our appetizer and entree took even longer and come out the same time. I wouldn't come again sadly.

40 minutes for a salad. We came here today on the first nice day in NYC for the year. We ordered a personal pizza and a salad. It took 40 minutes to get us either of those. To their credit, they tried to hold us over with nachos and a plate that consisted of wings, fries, more nachos and giant mozzarella sticks. Nice but not what I asked for because all I wanted was a salad. This is the second time I’ve given this establishment a chance and it’s the last time. Go down 30th Avenue to find better service and frankly better food. This place is a***

Had brunch here, and it was great! Issac our waiter kept the drinks flowing and was attentive. The drinks were spot on( shout out to the bartender). The food was good and the vice was chill. Definitely going back.Parking: Free Valet parking right next door

First time experience here! The service could have been better with the brunch but I was at the bar so of course. The bartender had some insight but he was fresh to the game. The drinks were ON POINT! I didn’t see many people with food orders so I was reluctant. I wish I tried the food but the reviews and the suggestions given were not simulating for me.

Came here for my sister's brunch and ordered a round of shots. Food and service FROM OUR WAITRESS was well. However, when ordering our first round the manager Rosanne decided to come to our table. She was very disrespectful when telling us the price for our round. We were well aware of the price beforehand, and the way she went about it the rude. After letting her know we were well aware, she proceeded to tell us "You aren't understanding". We aren't sure what her purpose was have to reassure us multiple times that we knew the price. I don't want to assume anything but we did feel targeted. Won't be coming back because she ruined a good time. Otherwise, our waitress was very nice and took care of us well.

Quite frankly, the service was bad. Ourwaiter-short woman with blonde hair-was not attentive to us at all. We ordered the bottomless brunch and the first hour out of the 2, we waited almost 30 minutes to get our 2nd round of drinks. After waiting almost 30 minutes, is when she decides to inform us that the printer is broken and we still have to wait another 10 minutes to get the drinks (does our time reset? nope,,,,just wasted 40 minutes out of our 2 hour time span) then she proceeds to ask us if we already ordered food after serving our 2nd round of drinks (mind you, we ordered our food along with our first drinks), then proceeds to give us the wrong drinks (TWICE-3rd and 4th round), then proceeds to ask us if we ordered mozzarella sticks when we didn’t. The point is the service was lazy and inattentive. We paid our bill and STILL tipped (not 20% because it wasn’t deserved, but nonetheless, and paid our bill because money isn’t an issue). Bad service is bad service, mind you the surrounding tables received their drinks from their waitresses in great time and fashion. Will not go back again……I noticed there is a pattern within the reviews regarding patrons of colors being treated badly...wish I knew that before I spent $110+ here...
