First time coming to this location, looks like a pre modern renovated subway, didn't think much about it at first so I ordered a sandwich online and took a seat, I was then interrupted by the cashier asking me what I was doing and I told him my story of ordering a sandwich online told him my name and the dude proceded by asking for my ID, I insisted on just showing him my online receipt but he was persist on seeing my ID so I obliged then afterwards I he made my order in a timely manner and I just left, definitely coming back here

Horrific customer service. I went in to order my usual. Turkey with all the veggies. The guy told me “we only do 3 or 4 veggies.” Took my money somewhere else.

It was my first time at this location and the worker was so rude. I was still looking for what to order and he rushed me to order. He said hurry you got 10 minutes. It was only 7:50 pm and he was saying it close at 8 pm. I checked and it closes at 8:30!!!

They need to update their hours on their door and on google maps. They always close at least 30 minutes sooner. Otherwise it’s fine, standard subway.

Horrible service. Very disrespectful guy in the evening. Also, he claimed that they're no longer giving a full choice of veggies on the sandwich, you can only choose a few. Really?? No way, this Subway has gone down. My friends warned me about the bad service, should have listened. I've been coming here for years, it used to be a lot better. Won't be coming back. And I'll be telling everybody about this on my food blog. If the manager is reading this, you might want to make some changes. Customers must be respected.

i am here to say yes to subways on 35th ave,well yes to 2 apple pies and a large diet coke . a clean wide spacious subbys that could use some more tables inside but its just me and a astoria mom with her two brats so its not a problem for elbow room . its typical subways menu with soup and pizza also available and dont forget my fave of apple pies and yummy cookies. its a bit strange that during my 20 minutes of slacking off at a corner table , no one has walked in to order a grade c cold cut sandwich. i must give 4 stars as place is clean and i am a s***** for subways apple pies.

Hope your ready for a long one....I was very excited to see the Rotisserie Style Chicken was back on the menu, so I go to order the new Baja chicken bacon sandwich. the worker is about to use the cube chicken instead of the Rotisserie chicken so i tell him. he makes it seem like i am wrong so i have to show him on the menu that I ordered rotisserie chicken not the cubed one . first time so i just thought he wasn't used to this sandwich since it was new . no big deal right so couple days later I go back but this time I order through the app since I am cutting it close to make it t work early and eat. once I got my sandwich I double checked the meat to make sure and it was half / half the cube chicken and pieces of the Rotisserie chicken. Again I don't like making problems but I really stopped eatting subway when they got rid of Rotisserie Style Chicken so didn't plan on starting now. ( I am a very picky eater ‍) so I tell the same guy from the other day when I got same sandwich. he makes it seem like it's my fault or the computer fault and not really trying to fix problem. I said I understand there can be an issue with system but if you can make me one with just Rotisserie Style Chicken , instead he heats up chicken and puts it on sandwich ad since I was in rush I just took it and left. Third times a charm right? so this time I order through the app but do it when I am at the store already so I can remind him about the rotisserie chicken. "how's it going? I just ordered online just wanted to make sure you use rotisserie chicken, thank you! " he looks up and says yeah okay next time you won't be able to do this, Rotisserie chicken is more expensive," which I was just stunned for a second because honestly that has nothing to do with me and I ordered through the app so how would he prevent me from getting what I order? will he cancel it if he sees its mine? honestly didn't believe it for a second but since this was the 3rd time I reacted quickly and asked what his issue is? & he respond that " the store loses money of this" I respond by saying what does that have to do with me? *he proceeds to toast my sandwich which I said not to toast in the order but at this point I didn't care just wanted to leave! he speaks another language with his co-worker. I can only imagine what he said awkward silence as he finishes sandwich and hands me it without looking at me really ......Again making it seem like I am in the wrong and not once does he simply try to take care of issue and make sure customers is satisfied. I am usually very calm and let these things slide because I know how it is working in the industry, could have a bad day but this was very unnecessary. it's a shame really ruined my excitement for the return of the Rotisserie Style Chicken.
