l used to love this place and had visited in the past multiple times due to how delicious the food was !It's unfortunate to say but the quality of the food and service has down drastically. I ordered the brunch burger and it came back without some of the ingredients, I had to ask for them in the side! As a staple in my past it no longer compares. We had ordered bottomless and got seen 3 times, I had to go visit the front and ask for refills TWICE! As time was running out I went in and asked for another round and the new waiter did not honor what our last waiter offered. Our original waiter, knew that we were not properly served so he offered more refills. But when I went in to the restaurant to ask for another round, a new waiter asked us to serve ala cart. Not what the last waiter offered. I reiterated the situation and showed him how much we drank given the empty cups left on our table and said "we had a max of 11 drinks for 3 people" and he rudely said " I can do math". He made it sound like we were seen this whole time and we were alcoholics for having 3 watered down drinks. STEER CLEAR. So many other better establishments that treat their costumers well.

went here for a friend's birthday and had the chicken and waffles and the coffee and everything was very mediocre and the chicken was soggy and it just wasn't great at all. it was really loud atmosphere too. it's definitely made for the Gen z crowd lol

Get the Chicken and waffles. Crunchy juicy Chicken breast. Waffles, so good. They follow apart like butter biscuits.✌? definitely recommend this place service was perfect I will be coming back again
How do you mess up unsweetened ice tea?? At the Shady Lady you can. It looked like water with a tiny drop of food coloring. The waitress was a doll, and offered to make a "fresh" one for my husband. My bloody Mary was so watered down I returned that too.The food was meh. French toast was meh, nothing compared to my husbands homemade french toast on Challah bread with a touch of brandy or rum, and the egg white fritatta with feta cheese and spinach wasn't bad. You can't go wrong with feta cheese on anything.

My friend recommended Shady lady, so I agreed her decision ?. Did a quick lookup online, but there was not a way to experience the cool vibe of the place. A conversation friendly background music. From the owner, to server, to bartender, a very warming feel. I'm definitely coming back.

Always a good time when coming here for brunch. Definitely try to get a reservation as this place is usually crowded on Sunday mornings. Otherwise, the service is great, the food is yummy and the slushies are always delish.
