Just got take out from this store and I got to say I just wasted $53.00. Got a 16 piece meal. Chicken was dry and tasteless. Mashed potatoes were soupy, gravy was like brown water, corn was like leather. Even the coleslaw tasted off. Feeding 5 people including three hungry teen boys and most of this meal is still left. It was that bad.

I had a craving for KFC, so I had to have it. What an utter disappointment? The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like very old oil. I love KFC, but this time was so bad. Won't be going to this location again.

Auburn kfc is a family friendly restaurant this place is very clean and employees have such good energy always trying to go above and beyond!!

Did the drive through. Ordered a five piece tenders big box meal. Substituted the coleslaw for Mac and cheese. They said they were out of honey mustard and BBQ sauce. The tenders were ok. Very hot and fresh. Fries were over salted , Mac and cheese had some burnt spots. They only gave me one napkin. Me and my son split this meal. We needed way more than one napkin. Overall it was just ok. Typical chain KFC food . Plenty of parking.

I've just had the worst dinner from KFC in auburn NY 13021. Pot pie was good but I paid $60 for my meal and couldn't eat my meal tonight and as for the rest of the week. The chicken has a dry flavor and tastes like a 2 day old grease, or, reheated and left over, either way, it is inedible and have to put it outside do to an an old food smell, grease smell. I will be going back to this store to return my last dinner and to post this I have to rate this establishment , maybe a half of a star but just wasn't worth my $60 for a meal

So I ordered a family chicken bucket meal deal for family night dinner and a movie something I do every weekend with the kids and when my order arrived the main thing in the dinner box (the chicken) was missing so I called KFC and the worker wasn't at all sorry for the inconvenience and went on to tell me that they were now closed so they couldn't send the chicken to me so we had a chicken dinner with no chickenKid-friendliness: Definitely did not care when I said that the chicken was for my children and their friends the worker actually didn't care at all and did nothing to make it right either

Order two sandwiches. They asked me to pull forward and wait. Twenty minutes later I go inside to see what’s up and they told me that they just dropped them and it was going to be another ten minutes. Why does it take a half hour to get a simple sandwich from a fast food

Restaurant was very clean…….picked up food quickly after placing order…..Fill Up bowls are one of the many things I like about KFC…
Beautiful inside but that’s about all that’s good. My chicken was cold and dried out and the portions are a joke for the price. Came to dine in with my toddler, there aren’t any high chairs and no changing table in the bathroom but they have a kids menu. Cool, thanks for nothing KFC.

First time I had it at this location the chicken was borderline inedible. Tried it again now and I’d say it’s somewhat passable, they forgot my condiments and the biscuit was soggy and sad.

We just moved here and instead of cooking tonight we decided to pick up dinner. This chicken at this specific place made this evening was cooked in 2 week oil, and burnt so bad its shameful. I paid about $40 for 8 piece meal that was burnt, soggy chicken . This is NOT KFC standard at all. That's just embarrassing.
