I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese their signature sandwich I was told to pull ahead to the next window and wait it wasn't ready I waited 10 minutes no other cars went through the drive-thru while I waited. So I backed up, the cashier who helped me gave me a nasty look, threw the food at me. The bag was covered in grease and her and her friends continued on their cell phone ignoring people I called corporate they ignored me so hopefully they get this message and see what a horrible job the Auburn McDonald's does

Horrible service. Some of the people there are nice and hard-working, but overall they are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Wait times are consistently 30 minutes to over an hour. They get the orders wrong almost every time. The McDonalds in Auburn, NY are the worst I've ever experienced. Other people say so too, including truck drivers and people who have lived here their whole life and say it's never been so bad. You'd be better off getting McDonald's in the next town over.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a mangled mess. Didn't realize they were so hard to put together.

I think the Grand Ave location management moved over to this location. A few weeks ago it took 35 minutes to get a milkshake (35 minutes after paying) - very upset Door Dash people picking up orders after mine. Tonight, one car in front of me at drive through, waited 16 minutes to order. Gave up and left. But did have long opportunity to stare at the menu showing no shakes

Food sucked. I waited 25 minutes in line, once I finally got my food it was the equivalent of chewing rubber, all food received was cold and they missed an item on my receipt as well.. line was so backed up and customer service was so poor I decided to deem this as a loss. Never coming here again.*Updated a year later*This place still sucks. No gloves, no hair nets, no uniforms. Found hair in my food, long wait line as well as the cashier not being able to count change correctly. Slow and inefficient with a tower of people behind me. Half of the workers don't have teeth and looked strung out. I didn't expect fine dining but God forbid you can count to ten and understand PPE.

Horrible service drive thru doesn’t move I literally waited 32 minutes for breakfast when I got to the window to pay the gentleman just opened the window and took the cash out of my hand then handed me change at the second window, which is just the pick up the food window. I waited another six minutes.
