Honestly never Ben to one till now, I'll go to fajita grill and taco bell over this any day. The bacon had more flavor then the chicken, it's a 2 dollar charge to get chicken vs beef, it went from a 11.49 meal to 17.00 in no time, the other places don't charge like that, the staff was not very welcoming, the lettuce they put on 3 soft tacos would barely fill a fork stab amount, there was about 6 pieces of lettuce on each one, the shells were super small Def smaller then taco bells. Just no

Typical moes chain restaurant. It's located in part of a shopping plaza. We were helped and promptly greeted when we walked in.The service food line seemed mostly clean. I ordered a burrito bowl. My son had the kids taco meal. They both came with a side of chips and free salsa bar. I also ordered a side of queso aswell. Overall it was ok. We were not given the cookie that goes with the kids meal. Didn't even realize it came with one until we had left and we had finished eatingKid-friendliness: Kids meals

The staff was extremely unfriendly and not welcoming at all. No thanks you, no have a nice day, just your food slid across the counter.. it felt like we were disrupting them.

The food is quite fresh, but ordering is a little confusing. The staff is usually helpful with guiding you in the assembly of your meal, as you have choices much like a sub shop. The atmosphere is very loud pop music, which is unappealing to me. Not the music so much as the volume is way too high.

this was my first and last time at this establishment. Regrettably, I received incorrect order, and when I approached the manager to address the issue, there seemed to be a lack of concern or apology for the inconvenience caused. The manager's response was to instruct a staff member to remake my order, yet the demeanor of the employee in question was notably discourteous from the outset. This contributed to a sense of discomfort during my visit, leaving me with the impression that the workplace environment might not foster a positive customer experience or a conducive work atmosphere.

There are few places in Auburn whose name alone repulses me, but Moe's is one of them. The place feels dirty from the second you walk in and the food lineup is even worse. Cross-contamination everywhere, workers don't care, the tables are filthy, it's just all around gross. It's really too bad because Moe's isn't that bad in general, but this one is just awful.

I tried Moe's Southwest in Auburn a couple of day's ago. I ordered a bowl with chicken. Most of what I received was rice. Unfortunately I didn't check the meal receipt until I got home--they charged me for two meals. Partly my fault for not checking the credit card/meal receipt while I was there instead of sticking it in my wallet without looking at it. I'll never go back.

Still a great experience with freshly made fare. Though the prices are substantial, the taste enjoyment is worth it! Staff go out of their way to see your every need is met.

Absolute disgusting!! After a round of golf my mother and I went to this location in Auburn NY. and WOW!! My mother while ordering noticed there were olives, onions and cheese contaminating the guacamole. So she took a picture and BAM! The guy serving us said get out. You are not allowed in here. For taking a picture of the filth this place is serving people. Obviously he has something to hide if he kicks you out for taking a picture of the serving line. I wouldn't let my dog eat this stuff. Thank GOD they opened up a chipotle down the road. I would rather get E coli than eat at this dump.

Last time here was fine, this time I won’t be back. Several people behind the counter just standing around doing noting. One guy actually making orders and doing his best and maybe another girl being trained…hard to tell. After watching this for maybe ten or fifteen minutes in line they were out of chicken and steak by the time we got to order and it was going to be another ten minutes at the earliest for just the chicken… not mad just disappointed.

I enjoy Moe's over Taco Bell any day of the week. This is one of the closest ones to me so I'm thankful for that. Service was friendly and accommodating. I always leave content.Vegetarian options: They have salads and veggie bowls and burritos.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.Parking: Big strip mall parking lot.Dietary restrictions: I believe they have gluten free options. And if you just want a bowl of rice, they accommodate you.
