I came here to get some ice cream. Before ordering, I wanted to sample some ice cream before I made a decision. I ask to try three ice cream. The employee ( old grey hair man) only gave me two. I told him I wanted to try the third flavor. He stated I could only try two. I asked him where in the store it state you could only sample three ice cream. He said I said so. Then, he started saying people trying ice cream and not buying anything. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME? In addition, they have the right to sample it and decide whether they want it or not. Your job is to provide good customer service. Then he gave in saying I give you the third sample, but that is it. I just walk out because he clearly doesn't realize that I can take my money elsewhere, which I did.

The food was terrible. They served cold hash browns and stale jelly munchkins. I was waiting for my mobile order for about 20 mins. Throughout my 20 mins there, there were countless complains on their orders. Clearly, the good reputation fell short.

Spent $6+ dollars for what should be 2 scoops of ice cream. I go here cuz it my neighborhood BR and the service is typically good, but the ice cream service isn't worth it. I'd rather go somewhere else to get my money's worth this was ridiculous. See the pic and decid3 for yourself.

Terrible service!! One customer was ahead of me and the cashier was getting frustrated with the customer. When it was time for me to order now the older man at the register decides to rush me. His colleague offered to make me my drink (because the older man was on the register) he said no he would do it and then proceeds to mess up my order. When I told him he gave me the wrong drink, he said he charged me for what he gave me, which was not what I asked for. When I asked for a new drink be rudely asked if I was going to pay for it I said yes. He then angrily throws my drink back and the blender throws something inside it and hands me back the same drunk.

this Dunkin shop is so unprofessional, the workers are so rude and disrespectful, they either give you the wrong order or you never get it at all

Made and online order. They took $15 out of my Account for 2 iced coffees and a doughnut. When I arrived the manager was screaming racist comments at myself and an under diver. Slammed the door on us and locked it while stating fuck you and giving us the finger. As both orders were placed online - Mine through the actual app and his was a Door dash delivery- no One was serviced - we both had our money taken - no refunds avail- told us and the cops we had to call they were spraying for roaches. They also admitted they close at 12pm . The police asked why he started this during business hours and he stated we have a roaches and a lot of them. Our orders were taken and our cards accepted. And Money was taken out of about 7-9 peoples account that night. As we all waited outside for the manager to assist us but instead ignored us cursed us out and was racist. Cops were called just to tell me and the Uber driver to dispute the charges. Once the cop Left and me and the Uber kid were speaking minding. Our own business and then the manager was holding up middle finger yelling fuck you white bitch and that N* that you're with. At this point I started recording to protect the Uber driver and myself and to show to corporate. I will be reaching out to multiple news media outlets and the FDA.

I ordered through mobile order and they took more then 20 min to give me my last drink which at first was done wrong and I had to wait again for them to make it. Once I got my drink it was old they explained that there machine wasn't working properly so I asked for a refund which they gave me. But then I get home and the other drink I ordered had a fly in it. Which is disgusting because I had already drank the drink and just say the fly by the ice. I need to be compensated because this is disgusting.

Place has gone downhill - most orders are incorrect - you always have to wait an extraordinary amount of time - find another coffee shop.
They wanted donuts, so I gave them donuts. Stepping in to Dunkin' at 5:50a.m., on a Sunday morning, these two ladies managed the line of four other customers efficiently. I was surprised by how many people were coming and going at that time of the day. I thought it would only be me. It's New York, I should know better. I'm not a fan these days of donuts, so only tasted a small piece of the Coconut. It was fresh and moist. Fam was happy with the sweet treat added to the this days Family Sunday Morning Breakfast, and that's what counts. Thanks Dunkin'! Hours: 24/7

The worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to hands down!! I came to this location for breakfast and I didn't expect the following... First I asked if they had the vegan sausages I was told they are discontinued so I proceeded to order I got a Turkey sausage,egg and cheese on a croissant, mini bagels, caramel latte and a pumpkin spiced latte , cheese and egg croissant. I asked for light ice and I got heavy ice firstly in both drinks and the person who took my order was the person who I told I wanted light ice to. The mini bagels as soon as we took them out the bag smelled burned it smelled like the oven it was heated in was not clean. To no surprise the sandwiches also carried this smell and taste. HORRIBLE! Lastly there's a HUGE sign outside that says $3 for pumpkin spice latte M so why was I charged $4 ??? Not cool over this place not a good way to start a busy day!
