Idk I'm a supporter of underdogs and the independent. Was put on hold for a very long time when I called until after more 10 I hung up. Gave a while and called back. My order had issues "yet" I believe in accuracy. I can't fully say it's their fault. It was delivered and we all see reports on how uber eat and door dash drivers leave things or eat or drink things when a person doesnt tip as well as they wanted... So the missing tea and food item could have been due to that. "Possibly" yet when I called back to let them know of missing items as well as fact that I was still going to give them a good review I was just notifying them of the missing items. I got a nasty attitude initially.. That alone.... When your about to say nah dont worry just be cautious. Ticked me off. Then I ate the food and ... I regret ordering the cat fish. It's meat was soggy and seemed water logged. Grits were disgusting and a weird creamy. The salad was good tho I got no dressing I requested balsamic and got nothing. Large Tea was missing yet the rest of the order was mostly decent

The chicken and waffles wasn’t bad , the home fries on the other hand , ugh those ain’t it , Not sure what really happened with those but please do better that’s all , they taste old and looked that way as well other than that nothing bad to say !

FRESH, DELICIOUS BREAKFAST Came here after a 5k in Baldwin, and man, did this hit the spot. BREAKFAST SANDWICHES It's the little details like toasting your roll ever-so-slightly, or using a slightly thicker cut of bacon... THOSE are things you remember. But what really sets Benny B's apart is THE GRITS Do not leave without ordering the grits. Some platters already come with it. But if you're getting a sandwich, definitely get a side of grits on the side. Ngl - probably the BEST GRITS I've ever had in my life. Recommended: JJ Special, Grits, breakfast sandwiches

I've been to this place about 5 times and there is an issue every time I go. On 3 occasions, I placed orders on the phone and found that my order was incorrect when I arrived to pick it up. On 1 occasion, I placed an order on the phone and when I arrived I was told "we never got your order" (so who took the call?). Most recently, I placed a large order and when I arrived to pick it up I was told their card machine was down. It happens, I get it but why wouldn't you tell the customer about that in advance..?

Great go to spot for breakfast. Seems to be a staple in the community- especially for chicken and waffles. I have no complaints. I've ordered at least 3x and the only negative thing I could say is that the grits aren't amazing - not my go to item of choice. You can solidly trust the French toast, eggs, and wings! Lol that's all I order haha i should def order something different next time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I wish I could give it no stars. I ordered French toast meal on Uber eats and the bread had mold on it. The home fries were tasteless, oily , and disgusting. I also ordered chicken and waffles, and my fried chicken has a funny smell, almost like it was old. Food was way too disgusting for the price.

Thanks to the lady who looked like she just rolled out of bed not even showering or anything , walked into Benny bs headed towards the kitchen & coughed right into my face , no mask or nothing !! Like as if we aren't in a whole pandemic. Now I am sick. Plus the food used to be good now it sucks , thanks to the nasty women who got me sick I'll definitely never be back & I don't recommend at all !!!!

The food is definitely GREAT so definitely support them BUT, i'm not sure what it is about most black-owned restaurants in the area but it seems like they are always waiting for the first excuse to be closed. Anytime I'm craving some Benny B's : CLOSED! I understand it's family owned and ran but PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY BY BEING OPEN MORE DAYS!!! Today is Saturday---Can't have no Benny B's until at least WEDNESDAY!!! Come on guys!
