Ok so I ordered shark and bake and 2 order of doubles. They were very unorganized and the men acted like they didn’t wanna work! But this young lady! She gave us communication, told us its gonna be a wait that she had to handmade everything! She literally handmade the bakes from scratch! Fried the shark! Handmade the doubles! I seen her cook my food as i sat watched and ate my doubles waiting for the sandwich! I appreciate that young lady. The food was so good! She’s the ONLY reason why i would ho back there!! If she’s not there whenever i go i turn right around!

Roti is good but they are very unorganized and never have the food ready when you place an order with them. Need to do better. And whoever they have answering the phone is terrible.

My opinion is 7.8/10.Overall $11 not bad for Long Island. Now this a Bake and King fish, I'm used to eating a Bake and Shark. Now the fish was def fresh and seasoned well. But This place is def more of Guyanese kitchen since they didn't know much about making a Bake and Shark from what I can tell lol. Since I had to show them what a traditional Bake and Shark usually looks like and has. I will be coming back to try other dishes. For Long Island, your saving $ instead of driving to Queens to be able to get pretty good Trini and Guyanese dishes.Things I would come back to try if they got it lol is there Bake and Shark and Bus up Shut and Bara. A hidden gem I find this restaurant to be. Their channa is well seasoned, so is their food. I've tried their curry and oxtail- all delicious. The doubles are worth a visit alone. The prices are great so are the portions.

Sadly it's almost like they; 1. Don't care 2. Intend to same the Caribbean Community 3. Customer service is not apparent or a front Haitians Deserve your money this place no. A whole 2 hours before you close you close. Beyo

This place is honestly so weird. The first time I came here for pholourie on a Thursday and they asked me to come back sometime next week. Gave them a second chance and ordered online and around the time the order was supposed to be ready, it was canceled bc they couldn't fulfill the order (beyond last minute). Thankfully there's a new roti shop literally up the block, will be getting my doubles from there now. Thanks for nothing, can't roll my eyes hard enough smh.

I will admit if you’re coming from queens to Long Island it’s not going to compare, but I have to give it to them I’ve never had okay trini food on Long Island it’s always been trash but they’re food isn’t that bad. As a trini from queens I will always go to 111 and lefferts but this place is pretty good and I’ll even go to say one of the best on Long Island but keep in mind that Caribbean food on Long Island isn’t really a go to

I went in for the first time and the young woman did not acknowledge nor greet me. She was moving too slow and talking to the customers as she was packing her order very slowly. The woman at the front counter was handling the package and the credit card transaction and after she was down, she walked in the back and folded the roti with her bare hands without washing her hands. I was so disgusted that I left and ate some place else. Let's not forgot there was a few food items at the counter to choose from and I was there at 6pm.

Has delicious philourie and roti and the prices are great. I made two catering orders two weeks in a row and they did not disappoint either time.

So the last time I went here for pick up the food was chefs kiss. I was passing by and saw they were open and decided to stop in. I had previously stopped going because it seemed like they were always closed. So today I looked them up, Google said open so I headed out and what do you know… door was locked, lights out, closed. Please update your hours. Because how does this make sense?
