Since chicken holiday has been under new management, I’ve been here twice. The first time I visited the location, the buffalo chicken wings tasted good! So I had to make another visit there and ordered more buffalo wings this time. Let me tell you, the wings were EXTREMELY salty! I could not tolerate how salty the wings were, that I had to throw them out. I called up the establishment, to let them know how salty the wings were and the worker who picked up the phone proceeded to tell me they don’t use salt on the wings, really?! That was a blatant lie! However the manager got on the phone and offered to make me a new order without any of the seasoning. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning. It’s a shame, my family and I would frequent Chicken holiday decades ago and it’s just not the same anymore, unfortunately.

I came here to visit and we ate those ribs from oh my God Chicken Holiday or whatever the name of this place is it's great everyone who comes here and visit Baldwin New York go there and get the ribs I'm from California and I don't know when I'm coming back but when I do that is on my stop or places

Have ordered delivery many times from Baldwin site, always delivered hot and within half hour. Love dinner combos: Shrimp and ribs is my favorite. Both French fries and mashed are delicious. Enjoy fried chicken and grilled chicken also. Cakes are very good, especially Velvet and Chocolate .Delivery people are very friendly! Excellent customer service & I always enjoy the food.
Recommended dishes: Mashed Potatoes, Medium French Fries, Chicken Snack, Ribs

Not sure what everyone is raving about with this place. Chicken was unseasoned and sub par, biscuits were not biscuits, but standard, cheap, tiny bread rolls, and not very good ones. The mashed potatoes were reconstituted and made from a box, and the gravy from a can. The bottom of the mashed potatoes was so dried out they were HARD, meaning they had been sitting in a warmer for hours, and they tasted terrible.. I was so disappointed in this place, will go ack to Popeyes or Wings n Things in Hempstead. Wings n Things is a family owned business and they use real ingredients.

Unfortunately, the young woman who took my order did not get it right. She sassed her boss who fired her in font of us.We have been going here for years and years. The staff is usually pleasant and helpful. This was a one off.

Is my first time trying Nathan’s, I have questions about the food and I just ask what kind of hot dogs they have, and the cashier answer was, we have hot dogs of course I know they have hotdogs and all this with attitude!!!

I have been coming here since childhood and still really enjoy it from time to time. The "snacks" are a great value such as dark meat chicken snack or rib snack which come with a choice of fries or mashed potatoes and a can of soda. I think this might be a lunch only promotion I am not sure so please check on that first. I like their regular fries but have to heat them in oven or toaster to crisp them up again at home as they do get soggy in the take out container. Their regular fries are pretty basic so maybe I will try their seasoned version one of these days. Chicken is crispy and juicy. Ribs are great too. Service the last time I was there was friendly, fast, and correct.

They gave me so much food tonight and it was so freaking delicious. I love their ribs and mashed potatoes so much. Definitely worth the $20.

Worst $6 i ever spent.. i got chicken tenders they looked n tasted like dragon tails.. the mash potatoes were stiff with no taste
I didn't go in but we called in the order and my daughter didn't have to wait that long for our order.
